I think he meant just for that immediate moment when he achieved his life goal of revenge, he lost NN. Though we know in the novel they'll get happy ending afterward. No worries. :)

Except for the 2 brothers, LBY soldiers look very uniformed complete with beard and mustache I can't tell them apart. lol

His life goal was his revenge. NN important in his life. :(

We'll have to agree to disagree on this. I believe NN knows the seriousness of the situation and her actions would be exactly the same without the slap.

41 is all laugh to me with some poignant conversations that foreshadow the future.

It changed in the novel (I read the parts after the 5 years) though I've given up at this point in the drama. It's too little too late for me. :(

I just can't stand her immediate tretmemt of NN in any given situation because they include some kind of abuse whether its verbally, physically, mentally, including her side eyes look and stares when NN just standing there breathing. :(

My poor girl. :(

I'm sad for NN. The slap wasn't necessary. Why can't she just talk to her. That's why NN adore the Empress who can instill lessons into her without any abuse.

Yep, all those sweet and meaningful conversations are sad foreshadowing for all of us that read spoilers of what will come in the very near future. :(

There are more baddies coming. Couple of them were surprising to me.

She died with General Huo and everyone else.

She's sharp. Her convo with LBY and her expression just give me an impression that she know who he really is.

I have a feeling that Consort Yue knows that Ling Bu Yi is really Huo Budo.

I was trying to come up with additonal reason to revenge to justify for the lost of their lives to make me feel better. :)

I won't spoil. The drama will probably change it, I'm guessing. :)
