The word is being thrown around a lot, what would your definition be? I think for many it's a ML who completely revolves around the FL in a way that's over the top. Who allows himself to be mistreated and disrespected by FL and never complains but worships her and showers her with love no matter what. Never voicing his own needs or boundaries, never holding the FL accountable for actions or behaviors that are selfish/hurtful. Generally being a pushover. Whether or not that describes Sang Yan is up to everyone's own opinion. I personally think SIMP is too harsh. I do feel frustrated with the FL's lack of emotional maturity and effort in the relationship. Is it understandable given her trauma? Yes. Is it still not very healthy? Also yes. Hoping she can really love on Sang Yan in these last few episodes to show that she has grown and matured.

I hope you are right and that it comes to the for front. I av appreciate her healing journey but it doesn't take away the need to show some sort of balance in the relationship

Real question, how do you think she deserves him? He has loved her unconditionally, been patient, supportive, very attentive (makes the whole apt. Safe) saves her from those bad guys, forgives her for breaking her promise to go to the same college and doesn't demand an explanation, is super respectful. He takes care of her and makes her food, comforts her when she is sad. What has she done for him? She flirted with him low key once or twice,.but has she given him the love HE deserves? I wish she would have fought for him like she said she would. Hopefully the next couple of episodes will show that because her character was really growing and this felt like a total regression. Before the haters come, you can like a FL and still think she is not doing right by the ML

The Starry Love is great! The FL loves and fights for the ML and refuses to abandon him.

Sang Yan deserves someone who is committed to him and will be there for him. Hope the writers can make this right!

SO low budget it's distracting. The bad wig on the ML, the awkward dubbing, shoddy camera work and messy writing. Too bad! A waste of talent

I like it more than HL. It's a slow burn that's more mature. They both have the more mellow, artsy cinematography and music. It's so sweet and relaxing, the relationship development is addictive!
