I have not seen the last episode yet but that is so random even if that is included in the novel. They should have done a better job building their relationship. I know in earlier episodes it looked like KHW had an interest in KHA but that was all because from then on to now he has not shown any interest. If I am honest I am slightly disappointed with how things went and they should have included more KHA scenes if she is meant to be the FL.

She does get more screen time but not by much to the point I wouldn’t call her a FL

I hope the drama along with the actresses and actors win awards because they definitely deserve it in my eyes!

I was curious and checked but seems she still has about a year left with her current agency (3 year contract). From online news it seems she’s wanting to part ways asap. I wonder if the agency isn’t giving her enough opportunities or giving project offers to other actresses instead.

I was debating whether to watch Our Blues but I heard it is similar to MLN so I’d end up making comparisons even if I don’t mean to.

Omg I never thought about that. If it is the scenario you mentioned I would prefer it more because that means they can live happily ever after without fear of getting chased haha. But idk the preview shows him dealing with the chairman and him having a cut on his face with MJ with him.

I was assuming more he could not take it anymore because he missed her too much. He hasn’t cleared things up yet from looking at next week’s preview where we will see the chairman and more of Mr Gu’s work.

It’ll continue to be slow so I am not sure if you’ll want to continue. This drama isn’t everyone’s cup of tea and I guess it may have a niche audience that likes it. I personally like this drama because I can related to the characters especially MJ’s introverted personality. If you do not like this drama or you’re forcing yourself to watch it then I think it is best to just drop it.

Related to when KJ spoke badly about single fathers and having step children in the first episode at the table right beside TH and his daughter.

I’m so happy to see the viewership ratings rising for MLN. Latest episode 14 has the highest rating with 6.073%

I’d love to see it go over 8% to make it onto the top 10 list of highest viewership ratings

Tbh I would not have minded waiting longer for season 2 if that meant the original cast is kept. It seems like a mess and the blame is entirely on the production company because they never mentioned to the OG cast about there being multiple seasons (only confirmed it early this year)... they cannot exactly keep their schedule and time free not knowing there will be a season 2. They could have tried working out a time where SJK and KJW would be free to film.

I have seen a lot of dramas where the cast were changed and I have not seen one that ended successfully or well received. I mean side character change is fine but changing the main leads is a total different story. I do feel bad for the new actor and actress that will take on the roles as there will be a lot of pressure and comparisons made.

I am on the opposite side and loved the scenes with MJ and Mr Gu so hoping it is not a dream. Lol I was thinking he had a glow up and cleaned himself to look presentable before seeing MJ as he did not want to look horrible. I am more inclined to believe it is not a dream because the preview shows them together.

I am still waiting for answers to why the dad decided to remarry

The preview for episode 15 seems like it will tackle his current lifestyle and the chairman. The other alternatives could be getting killed by the chairman or running away into hiding. I am hoping he may have some issues but it can be cured with time and treatment.

Am a bit worried for KJ and TH as they may end up breaking up because TH wants to marry after his daughter turns 20 but KJ does not want to. If she is pregnant I am not sure if TH will be happy to keep the baby either and again may lead to disagreements.

I do not understand Changhee's feelings for Hyeona because he wants to marry her but he does not seem to have romantic feelings for her.

The fact this is slice of life and being as realistic as possible has me concerned for the ending which I am trying to brace myself for.

I have seen the episode. I do get why some may not be happy with how they're all fine like nothing happened after one phone call. However I do not think she's ever held a grudge that he left as she was more sad than angry and I think she was waiting for him to call when he was ready to. It would have been nice to see some groveling from Mr Gu but idk that would turn into a sappy melodrama

I am a bit worried with the last two episodes because we still need to see Mr Gu dealing with the chairman and whether he will walk away from his current lifestyle... this will greatly affect MJ

As much as I love this drama and want it to never end but having more seasons may drag things on and ruin the drama as a whole
