Thought it was a drama special then I was left hanging! The the cast was great and the plot was really intriguing, too bad the show was cancelled. I wonder if the team finished filming the entire season then maybe, just maybe, they can sold it off to some streaming platform.
Extremely excited to binge watch the fresh new episodes but turned out there won’t be any coz of some sort of holiday in SK. At times like this, how I wish they just drop all the episodes for the entire season in one go.
Darkly funny, wickedly entertaining, predictable at times but still, a decadent blast to watch how greed can make and destroy people and relationships! It was like a delicious mix of Saw, The Hunt, Ready or Not and Escape Room.
Utterly annoying! They better limit this love triangle to none at all!!! Nil! Zero! Nada! Complete waste of screen time!!! I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again, kindly ship this other guy out of Gongjin ASAP!!!
Many Korean dramas are plague by the “l need saving, I’m a damsel in distress” trope. Not that it’s a bad thing, there’s certainly a huge following among this type of dramas. However, this repetitive and cliched themes are getting boring and predictable at times. That’s why it’s a breath of fresh air when the main female character is a tough, independent, badass who doesn’t need saving by a man.
Every episode deserves a thumbs up coz it’s just that entertaining!!! However, not a big fan of this mantis-looking photographer! He should be shipped out of Gongjin ASAP! No one should come in between Du sik and Hye jin! PS Love the teenage Hye jin and Du sik moments. I need more of those <3
The politics involved in saguek dramas never fails to leave speechless! Not that I regret watching such but more often than not they just give me countless heartaches. In this type of drama the so called Kings always act like spineless puppets, easily swayed by lies and the bad guys often get half baked karma! Anyway, after the last episode I did some reading about the titular role played by PMY and I think she did live a sorrowful life, childless, until her death at age of 70.
