Watched first two episodes and I'm hooked. I think this is my favorite drama from all the new ones I'm watching (Fated to Love You and Trot Lovers). I can't wait for the upcoming episodes. I hope it continues to be as interesting.

That laugh of the main guy sounds too much like Doko Jin's from Greatest Love.

I agree with you! She even told him not to get her used to him. She doesn't want to get used to a person and then be left behind. He is going about it all wrong with the way he cares for her and is not being forward with who he is and how he's going to leave.

Thanks. I had not thought about the baby actually being Korea's real prince. I forgot that fact. I can't wait for everything to fall into place, but I also don't want the drama to end. To extend or not to extend, that is the question :)

I'm actually wondering how it is going to the baby is going to be revealed. Isn't the fact that Wang Yu and Consort Ki were together a big secret?. I don't know if it matters that she is not a "maiden" or what consequences there would be if they find out that she had a kid with a foreigner. I completely agree with you about finding dramas with the overall quality of Coffee Prince; the only one that comes close for me is The Queen and I. I loved that drama. I loved the acting, the characterizations and how it had me hanging to its every word and scene. I don't know if you've watched it, but I highly recommend it.

Right now I'm watching more dramas at once than I ever did before. I used to watch just one at a time or two at most. I had a bad drama watching year last year and only liked about 2 or 3 of the ones that came out. This year I'm liking so many at once. I'm watching Empress Ki, Emergency Couple, Can we Love?, The Prime Minister and I, and My Love from another star. (yesh!!That's really a lot!! lol) I"m off from school right now, and my kids are in school, so I'm taking advance of the extra time. Once school starts I'm going to cut back a whole lot.

Thanks for befriending me. I really like your page. I understand about the whole, "watching one drama and hooked" aspect of your life. It happened to me too. Mine was Boys Over Flowers, but my first love was Coffee Prince.

Yeah, yeah, this drama is absolutely my kind of crazy. I know it probably kills canon lovers, but since I'm really not too knowledgeable of the finer points of Korean History or Asia in general, the deviations from historical facts do not bother me. I can see that the story is weaving very nicely.

Thanks for sharing these links steph_ravita and rrihyv! I did not know about them, but they are very helpful. Hulu takes forever to post new episodes for this drama.

Though not without its faults and plot holes, this is one of the best revenge dramas I have seen. It kept me hooked, interested and guessing all the way through. Recommend.
