For people who want to have a form of escapism during this time and don't want constant reminders of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects, I would suggest skipping episodes 7, 8, and the first half of 9.
Ok, I don't know how I feel about Green getting back together with Dim. Green says that Dim hurts him when they get into arguments, and the audience can see that with how physical he gets with Tine during this scene.
HOWEVER, major props to Tine for doing everything right. I was worried that he would brush everything off, but he stepped up every time: 1) Lets Green in his room when Green was shown to be scared 2) Punches Green's ex (could've handled this better, but he tried) 3) Stays in front of Green to put himself in between the two 4) Doesn't back down when Dim threatens him and stays put 5) Even when he gets pushed away by Dim, Tine grabs a lamp as a weapon to use if Dim continues to be aggressive
TL;DR Green deserves only the best, and I'm not that happy with his relationship to Dim.
Every show I see Tyler in, I'm like YES! But ESP in ep 8 where he's just calling out Trump. I usually agree with his statements (again across diff shows), but these past eps really highlighted that. I guess it's because we're East Coast buddies LMAO
Is it just me, or have these latest episodes been boring because there has not been any relationship conversation,…
I thought that they brought up good discussion about it. Although of the last two eps, I really only liked the segment on cults and when they do the survey on an international couple's problems. I guess it's really what everyone is focusing on during this pandemic even though I kind of want to watch something else to escape from the constant push of covid-19 in media.
Wow, just got around to watching the latest ep (ep6), and I didn't expect to be BAWLING my eyes out. I could really connect to the stories with people I know in my life, and I'm happy we were able to see more of the panel in this new light as we get into deeper topics.
Has anyone noticed them just not having some of the panel? Like, for Ep6, they made it a point to mention why Oumey wasn't here, but like where have Miki/Tabea/Zeno gone (in the same ep)? I guess bc Oumey gets a lot of screentime compared to others... They even got a replacement for her (albeit a different gender/country).
I want all their instagram *.*for now found Mizuki's https://www.instagram.com/miju120/?hl=frAancod https://www.instagram.com/aancod/…
Wow, this would have made my post a lot easier if I saw this first LMAO. Anyways, I made a post w/ everyone's IG (except for 2 of the hosts + Joakim + Saad who I couldn't find). Also, Maksim's official insta is different, too!
As a finnish person same for me when I react to what Julia is saying :D for example, most of the "sauna traditions"…
Yeah, I love the cast and this has become one of my fav shows, but because I like the show, I want to see it improve and get better through these critiques (but lmao they don't care & won't see it here anyways).
7.7 billion? More like all the "Light Skin" people we can find. Am I right?
Although I agree with what mochibunny said about the South African man, I do agree that I wish there was more diversity here. We have a South African, a Colombian, and a Moroccan, but then there are a lot of (white) people from 'western' countries. I wish that they could've cast POC citizens from the different countries, like an African-American. In this particular case, it would help people understand that Americans aren't the stereotypical blonde, blue-eyed white people.

Yeah, I wish that they got like a poc/hyphenated American instead bc a lot of other countries stereotype 'Americans' as white & i wish that ppl can see that there are a lot of poc in 'western' countries.
Also, although I consider myself to be very progressive, most of America is still v conservative (like somehow Trump exists as president???), so even though I don't like what he says, I'm also like, a lot of other Americans probably agree with him.

The show went from lighthearted to really serious super fast.
