does anyone know where to watch it other than on netflix? for some reason all the kdrama sites have the dubbed versions in random languages which is so weird
Okay, I've only watched like half an ep and I don't think I can take the female lead's acting. It's so weird and cringe that she tries to act like a 13-year-old teenager with all the cutesy, aigyooish, ditzy actions and pretentiously high-pitched tone when we can clearly tell she's someone in her 40s.
I'm a law student and i'm confused. Maybe it's because i'm not paying enough attention. The music is awkward and…
I haven't found anything super confusing yet but I definitely agree with the rest. I can't quite put my finger on what exactly it is that's not working (maybe they're trying to emphasize on the wrong stuff idk), but it does seem a bit overdone, draggy and dare I say cringe at some parts.
I feel like the director/production team was maybe going for a mix of Sky Castle + How To Get Away with Murder vibe - especially with those scenes where they try to put in the music and multiple angle shots to make it seem more impactful but it's falling a bit flat for me. And I've lost count of how many times they've shown Lady Justice like we get ittt it's a law school lmao
But despite all of that, I'm enjoying it! I really like the actors and it's a legal drama so yeahhh
But don't you think she is unfit to be a lawyer. She tanks every exam, she acts totally dumb when a situation…
Where's the fun if there's no learning curve? :D
Realistically though, they're all still only in their first year of law school! I'm sure she'll develop the skills along the way. I mean, after all, that's what we go to uni for (I've had quite a few classmates who were as clueless as her and now they're all working at highly coveted law firms) :)
Also, she need not necessarily become a lawyer - she can become a prosecutor or a judge. Quite honestly, I think she's best suited to become a judge. And the storyline kinda seems to indicate that as well (like how she played the role of a judge in the moot court and is able to empathize and look at two sides of a coin instead of jumping to conclusions too quickly). Plus, I've got a gut feeling she'll end up getting the best score in Professor Yang's class!
I've only watched two eps but I've got a feeling that this drama is going to be really good. Like REALLY good. And omg the cinematography is so beautiful and heartwarming
It's crazy but I still believe Yohan isn't the serial killer of seven deadly sins.
I'm almost 99.9% sure that he isn't the serial killer. I've got a feeling he's just been stalking and closely observing Bareum because he *might* be the real son of his mother (and hence the son of the headhunter). This is pretty clear from all the pictures he's got in that secret room at his place. So, he also likely believes that Bareum's the serial killer which is why he tried to kill him. Just a speculation though.
