We gonna miss fluffy Bareum with longer hair from now on. What if hits triggered something in him, something he…
I don't think Yohan went after the girl! He went after Bareaum and she just happened to be staying at his house, remember? She didn't even encounter him face-to-face.
I think Yohan went to kill/hurt/catch Bareum because he believes that he is the serial killer. When he asks his mom, "You knew that your son's the killer, didn't you?" I believe he was referring to Bareum (the switched at birth theories/ Yohan being adopted after Bareum's mum sent him away to an orphanage/ Yohan being Bareum's half-brother). That's probably also why he was stalking Bareum and was at the grandma's place while following him!
HOWEVER, that doesn't necessarily mean that Bareum is the killer - it only establishes that Yohan believes that he is. But he's definitely not normal as we can see from the end scene where he literally snaps the bird and kills it. I also think the brain injury might've triggered his psychopathic tendencies or something of that sort.
But if he really was just acting all along to be this sweet, naive guy, then chances are he is the killer. Oh, weeeeell.
(Disclaimer: I watched the episode without subs but this is what I could make of it!)
If Jinmook didn't kill Dongshik's sister (although it makes no sense why he wouldn't when she witnessed him murdering that lady), then who did? I'm thinking it was one of those town officials for reasons unknown, and I think Jungje witnessed it. Or maybe he killed her?
I really like the pace of the drama! But now that Jin mook has been revealed and arrested as the serial killer, I wonder what they're going to do for the rest of the 9 episodes.
I'm thinking either a second killer will surface, or the rest of the episodes will be the police trying to find evidence (looking for the bodies of his other victims).
Too early to say imo... We just saw that he kidnapped the kid. What if he's acting according to a plan along with…
Yeah, this is what I thought too! That it's all a plan the police came up with, but it doesn't make any sense why they'd put the poor mother through all of that! Their reactions seemed really genuine when the mom came asking for their help
exactly this was one of my theory as well, what if they trying to deceive us ?
Yeah! They're making Yohan look too sus and it's highly unlikely tat the serial killer is revealed so early on in the drama. In the case of Ba Reum, I'm still unsure but it's a k-drama and they really never make the male protagonists to be serial killers.
This drama is seriously underrated! I love the nostalgic cinematography, the characters, and the non over-the-top storyline - it kinda gave me the late 2000s - early 2010s j-drama vibe
Is the dad really the serial killer because it can't be that simple, can it?! I mean he sure was sus (hell, everyone was) but how good an actor does he have to be to completely fool everyone including our incredibly smart detective Dongshik
