Wow! So happy to finally come across someone who criticizes without offending others.I cannot agree with you more…
Thankyou, unfortunately looks like I still ended up offending quite a lot of people but hey atleast you weren't one of them! Thanks for reading and commenting. ♥️
@Jeana, I haven't any of the drama's in the list, the reason I haven't picked them up is because there is some…
Well, right now for K dramas. I think the top ones are Hot Stove League, Stranger, The Fiery Priest, Beyond Evil, Dear My Friends, Fight For My Way and so on but ofcourse can't say they are the best dramas. It's only my opinion :p
Thanks Jeanna. Actually, I came here thinking you had watched these series. I do get why you might consider it…
Hey Charlotte thanks for leaving this comment and explaining your POV in a civil manner! Personal taste is definitely the key. Many of my friends have loved these shows while i have not and many have dropped shows I loved and given me their opinions which I completely understand.
I just want to highlight that my dropping a show and not liking it doesn't mean others have to do the same. It takes away nothing from their opinion and they don't have to feel upset about what I say. These shows are popular and have SO MANY people praising it. A few people with different opinions shouldn't matter.
As far as the dropped notion goes, yes I have had dramas I didn't like in the initial first two episodes but loved later on. However, if I didn't enjoy the entire first half of a particular drama, that's a lot of time wasted, it doesn't help me connect with the characters and the second half isn't nearly impactful. That's why it's better to drop then suffer through it in my opinion. As you mentioned, I have watched all the dramas above atleast halfway through except Navillera which I skimmed to the end to see if it got better. Which it didn't. So, I do feel that giving my opinion here feels justified. Many have civilly disagreed with me in the comment section and that's justified too 🤷♀️
I'm with a lot of the commenters, Move to Heaven was a strong entry. The procedural aspects were my least favorite…
Haven't watched Racket Boys. Agree about Squid Game and Vincenzo but I watched the shows after I had already written this article :(
LMAO promoting Stove League was such a cheeky moment for me hehe. You're right doesn't fit the write up but tbf I didn't find many underrated 2021 gems that i really loved. Hometown (the thriller one not Cha Cha) seems to be one but i am still watching it and have yet to decide how good it is. D.P was also good but again, I watched it after I had already written and submitted the article.
THISSSSS!!!! Wish I could like your comment a hundred times because you just read my WHOLE mind about the 'overhyped'…
Damn, I appreciate your enthusiasm on the subject. By all means continue. I'll point out that in that list only 1 drama is watched up to 4 episodes and even that I skimmed and casual watched to the end to make sure it didn't change. I am hardly saying these dramas are bad so I dropped them LMAO I am telling people that these are the reasons I dropped these dramas, but if you didn't then that's perfectly fine too. Don't know what y'all are stressing about. 🤭
Like....I can see a lot of people agree with you here...but most of them seem to be in the same boat as you, the…
I don't understand wasting time with dramas that you're having no fun watching when you can go and watch something else. I have given a fair shot to ALL of these dramas. I tried them, spent time on them and didn't like them. All of my criticisms are things that stay with the dramas till the end (I usually skim the remaining episodes or ask other people to make sure.) If I don't like the base foundation bricks, I don't think I am going to like the building that stands there either.
People who have dropped a show- their opinions and critique absolutely holds credibility because it gives you another take on the drama, a negative one which can help you save time if you can relate with them. While, I usually don't rate dropped dramas, I do believe that I have all the right to do so. If you have spent 4 or more hours of your life on any entertainment and it doesn't land, you can perfectly form an opinion on it. After all, dramas are for entertainment purposes and not people we have to give the benefit of the doubt. I would have gotten your point if I dropped these on episode 1 or 2 and then went on a rant on it but not when two dramas on this list have been completed, two watched almost half way and one mini drama that I watched 4 episodes and then skimmed to the very end just to see if it changed. I was transparent with how much I watched so that people can still form their opinions on the shows and some have even urged me to give some of these another chance. Calling it a hate list is just hilarious. Thanks for reading though
However, this great list in incomplete without Vincezo. lets be honest here. Everyone was disappointed after the…
Ugh I hate to say that I agree. I ended up completing it and rating it a 7 but it was a total guilty pleasure. It would have made it here if I watched the show before writing this
