I can definitely say that if it weren´t for those two leading the drama with their charm and captivating acting there is no way I would have tuned in. Both Seyoung and Seunggi have such great chemistry that it makes the viewing experience super fun and exciting. These kinds of plots are coated with cliches but I think is nice that we still have such dramas but with a modern flair to it. I love that Yuri is straightforward with her feelings towards Jeong Ho like that scene at the end of episode 4. I love these two individually so im glad to see them paired together.
And can I say I live for Yuris outfits and gosh I cant get enough of Seyoungs beauty!

Sorry, but I don't know why this, out of all dramas, is being streamed on Netflix internationaly...
im actually happy that these kinds of shows and especially this kind of format (three episodes weekly) are streaming on Netflix and internationally. Its the same format as welcome to wedding hell and mad for each other:)

The last episodes with the stupid redemption arc , the forced romance between the second leads and the clichés…
right, it feels like these writers are lazy when it comes to making a proper redemption arc for the shady characters. And another reason for that is that they dont make the time and effort to create such arc until there are only two episodes left and then then it remains lousy. So disappointed and really annoyed by this.

The way Seul Bi gets all excited and curious about the outside world reminds me so much of Shin Minas character in my girlfriend is a gumiho. I really loved her character because it felt like watching a child who has taken its first steps into the surroundings (and who can resist Minas ageyo back then haha). I truly love Seohyuns styling here and so happy to see her play such a role, its fits her so well. Ki Do Hoon has improved his acting a lot since last time I saw him which was in Once Again. Na In Woo is also a delight to watch, truly one of the best actors out there.

I really enjoyed the first three episodes, the pacing and the feel of the drama definitely reminds me of mad for each other. Its a different kind of setup and I love that this series focuses on getting married and all the aspects that come with it.

I believe that the baby will bring these two fathers together and rebuild their friendship. They cannot avoid each other when such responsibility is brought upon on their children. Forcing themselves to forgive each other is needed so that they can have a good relationship with their kids and have that closure.
What an outstanding episode with great performances acted by both the fathers and the teens and shows the harsh reality that comes with a such challenging situation. I also liked that by being in that cell it forced them to have a proper conversation and let those emotions out. Being called an embarrassment or "dirt poor" in front of your own child is heartbreaking and you feel as a parent that the struggles you went through raising them are being made fun of. I think both parents and children want to make each other proud and feel cherished but in different ways. It is a very crucial aspect that these last episodes have greatly portrayed.

Title Our Blues Spoiler
I feel so captivated by this drama and in such awe. It is too good to be seen by only few which is just too sad because there is such depth to each episode. We are still in april but perhaps this will be my favorite series of the year. I hope that this feeling that I have by "Our blues" will continue to stay in that way.
I also had another thought in my mind which was the criticism to which some have of the "popular" actors and actresses starring in "Our blues". I understand that in comparison to my liberation notes this one is receiving slightly more attention (arguably in regards to current viewership ratings) but I love watching dramas where the cast lean towards veterans once in awhile. You can expect well performances by each one and there is something so cool about seeing the ones starring here all together. Obviously my liberation notes hold long-experienced actors as well but I am writing this as it seemed that this was an opinion lots of people had. But both dramas either way depict the daily lives of characters but in slightly different ways. I am watching both but I find myself thoroughly enjoying "Our blues" tremendously and that in comparison to all the other ones I am also currently watching.
Shin Min Ah is one of my favorite actresses and I have seen her in several dramas but to see her play a mom but also with someone dealing with depression was quite heartbreaking to watch. To see that her son is the the only reason why she remained alive only to hear him say "that she is sick" and therefore could not play with him in that clip must have been so heart wrenching for her. I can completely understand the decision she made at the end and I truly feel for her. Shin Min Ahs really embodied her character and I love that we get to see how someone with depression view everything around her. That POV was so important to shed light on in order to show people the kinds of struggles people with depression encounter every day.
I also find myself in such compassion for these two teenagers dealing with also a completely difficult situation and they are going to face some extremely painful talks with their respective parents and also the rest of the community. But the way they cherish each other and love each other gives me hope that they can face this despite the challenges.
All in all I am so in love with this series and I wish for it to remain beautiful and captivating as it has been until now.

omg I didn´t realize 52 min had passed, rather it felt shorter. I really loved this episode and it depicts reality in a beautiful way and the struggles that these characters go through. I am so glad we get exposed to different stories and not the typical male lead/female lead and it makes me more wishful for similar unconventional setup from more writers. We need more challenges in the drama making and new creative ideas and I hope we get to see more of that in the future.

This was such a beautiful episode and as I expected couple episodes will be dedicated to each pairing. I love that the setting takes place in Jejudo and we get a taste of the daily lives of these characters. The dialoges are written well and I feel immersed as a viewer. It might not be as compelling for some people to handle a slice of life genre and especially as Our Blues depicts because of how mundane the lives of the characters are. The stillness, the slow pacing and how close to reality the plot portrays. However, I think there is something beautiful about such genres and especially with how this has an omnibus episodical format layered with an unconventional style of script in which different human stories are presented equally with nuances.

I think I will thoroughly enjoy this beautiful drama and perhaps this will be in my top favorites of 2022:)

Person Bo Na
I know followers obviously does not matter but to see Bona having 1 million followers on instagram truly makes me so happy. To see her getting more and more recognition and also people checking WJSN through her and Queendom are milestones to cherish.

I'm kinda getting out of interest but will still watch for Ren and MJ's side story.
Omg, I feel the same way. It is what it is but releasing one episode per week kind of killed the momentum and the spark the show had in the beginning. However, there are other aspects in terms of criticism it has received which has impacted my interest as well.

i just finished the ep and i knew people were gonna take jabs at the kiss scene but im still on how kaning's dad…
Yes, and also the "it keeps you slim" was not it for me. I did not like that line and that it came from her own dad. Those yoghurts are not going to make one full but they had to shove a PPL so they decided to put the yoghurt one there along with all the other PPLs they showed in the episode lol
