Oh ok haha had me double checking my message thinking I may have offended you, yea i saw that the hate was bad for ZLS too so I really really hope the team for this drama makes up for both actor’s suffering. Now that social media use is possible fan can finally call out the directors. Such a cowardly choice of advertising it this way I don’t wish to debate about AJTL either haha bc in the end everyone has their own perspective, the MDL comment section has gotten quite toxic so I haven’t checked in a while. In just mention AJTL bc it was recent but maybe I shoulda used WRTW as an example instead.

LOL both of those name are funny, unfortunately a lot Chinese words are poetic so they can’t be exactly translated, just glad they didn’t name it Jewelry Love Legend or Jewelry Love Story. I honestly don’t mind romance, I disagree with those that said AJTL had too much romance I mean the title is A Journey to Love, I personally felt Gen z coulda had a bit more romance. I’m hoping to see some actual jewelry business content, based on the synopsis posted I’m excited to see her work with Yue Yun Xiu, also I’m very intrigued by NYL’s grey character, the vibe of his character seems very complex and charming. (Preparing for the if hes a red flag debate lol it will be fun)

Honestly a good amount of bullying is based off made up content so I really hope everyone does their research and see for themselves before believing. I’m glad you understand me, I get you too, I had the same trouble when facing LLTG hater :’) I get what you mean, I’m sick of this drama’s producer or whoever is in charge of media, so sometimes I’m quite critical to their actions. I really really hope they treat the cast well. There was already drama about the fake rumour of NYL changing artist to a male specialize one so I hope they can watch their choices on design. SO pls pls just follow what they promised don’t make weird choices. Bad script bad costumes always get blamed on the actors/actress ;-; Honestly I don’t mind my discussion with you bc hopefully some haters can see and understand that they are mistaken.

I still quite liked the CGI but yeah the costumes were really well done, each character/ animal had its own customized design/ colour. The hair pieces were so pretty.

Hi littlemoon, I’m a fluent Chinese speaker so I know for sure the script was alter (maybe not huge changes but still there was alterations). Specifically LSS’s highlight horse riding clip that she spend hours filming in the cold didn’t even end up in the drama. Also fans notice a lot LSS fighting scene that’s she worked really hard on didn’t end up in the drama instead it was replaced by clips filmed by stunt doubles along with that the director choose to edit her scenes very poorly like the actual scene in comparison to the Reuter is crazy (I can’t show all the proof but here’s one if you’re interested https://weibo.com/5947590613/4977512535034544). I can understand your frustration but you have mistaken my meaning.

Certainly, it's debatable whether it was a group-centered drama, but typically, even in ensemble casts, there's a main character. Initially, they promoted TLOJ with LSS for popularity, emphasizing it as a strong female-led drama. I won't delve into the debate, as it can become a subjective discussion. A he said she said thing. My main point in the post was that since the TLOJ team claimed it to be a female-led business-focused drama, focusing on businesswomen I hope they stick to their words to spare both actors from any agony. Like just sticking to their words is not too much to ask right? (I hope) I loved lusi and NYL in long ballad and I was so happy for this collab but all the annoying anti-fan is quite a sore eye.

I like NYL and I don’t believe he altered the script. I’m a sole believer that the director is at fault. I have 0 issue with any actor/actress and don’t believe in hating on actors or actresses (unless they actually did something like you said in the Legend of Fei case, which I heard about too, glad it wasn’t too too much of a problem bc I think that actress didn’t get what she wanted), I solely blame the director for the drama. AJTL was still a beautiful show but its just the director made interesting choices, that i won’t get into because I don’t want to spread hate. The whole cast was wonder, each character was very dimensional and loveable in its own way.

The reason most her fans her were anger was she truly love this drama and put her heart into it and it was also special because it marked her return to the traditional drama genre since her marriage so obviously fans would be disappointed, when you treasure something you can’t even allow a little sand and obviously it can get toxic when the hate turns to innocence actor/actress. Like I had said it was a bad choice of the director, he shoulda keep to his word/ script. Also everyone is free to have their standards and limits right and.

I’m not a overly protective Kelulis fan at least not in the hate other actor toxic way lol, I’m just sick of her getting hate for unreasonable things (if you get what I mean), which is a fate that her and NYL share unfortunately lol. Seeing how much Lusi put into this drama and Liu yu ning saying the script is really good, I can't wait for this to be out. I hope they don't alter the script midway like AJTL. Business traditional drama often times can be receptive so i'm looking forward to seeing some new entrepreneurs plots haha.
