I hate how dramas are made based on books or whatever - yall are talking about things that haven't happened since…
Adding to tikkitumble's excellent points, drama adaptations often choose novels or stories with a proven track record or renowned authors. This selection criterion serves as a quality assurance measure, ensuring the narrative's strength and its potential in the market. The fact is no one would invest in a lacking project. Even before the drama official comes other there would already be people excited and discussing. Moreover, this enables viewers to better identify deviations from established guidelines (like an originally female lead base story changing to a male lead base).
However, the potential drawback is adaptation lacking intricate details present in the original source material. In such cases, referring back to the novel becomes a valuable resource for a more comprehensive understanding. Human curiosity naturally compels us to seek explanations.
Your mention of spoilers touches upon a common and unfortunate experience for many viewers. The excitement of witnessing unfolding plots firsthand is diminished when spoilers reveal crucial details. It's important to acknowledge that during a drama's peak popularity, discussions and sharing of thoughts become unfortunate unavoidable among enthusiastic fans on many/ any platform.
Connecting with the novel is driven by confusion and desire to seek for reassurance or clarification, especially when faced with unresolved plot points or cliffhangers. The desire for answers and a deeper understanding fuels these discussions. It's crucial to recognize the diverse perspectives within the fan community are not meant to be harmful, as discussions are often driven by a genuine passion for the story and its characters.
In light of potential disagreements, a respectful approach to differing opinions ensures a positive and inclusive community experience, so theres debate. Ultimately, discussions and debates is a testament to the compelling nature of the characters and storyline. It’s in human nature to avoid things they are displeased or disgusted by so my suggestion is for you to exit the page when you see discussion you don’t like or write a comment on plots you would like to discuss about. I sorry you were spoiled, you should definitely tell those that post such comment to mark as spoiler. Anyways I do hope you still enjoy this novel adapted drama.
OK, so I’m in the beginning of episode 14 and I like really don’t wanna continue watching right now because…
Don’t miss 17&18 haha theres good parts in there. Honestly I know it’s painful but I wouldn’t recommend skipping cuz then you would miss some plot, my trick is watch at x2 speed lol.
So far I still think Gu Jin is ML with flaws. But I don't know what he is thinking and what his objective. It…
To me he seems to be a teenager working through is trauma of losing both his parents and struggling with a burden on his shoulders, alway being told again and again hes the last bloodline of True god. He’s trying to find himself, he’s learning what it means to be a Ture god.
why is there only one drama of her for 2024!! I need more of her show!😭😭
I’m guessing bc of the whole drama with the legend of jewelry her team is not gonna announce/ confirm anything until ML is set :’) so there still hope right? There’s quite a few rumour dramas.
Off topic but I really like your page it’s very neat and organized haha
I’m lazy to finish too. MDL have a lot of weird formatting issue and it doesn’t look how I want it sometimes (or maybe its just me lol) also the gif feature sometimes doesn’t work and shows a error message or my gif just shows a error message and the video feature doesn’t work for me :’)
haha thanks I’m glad you like it, It really is a drama that forever lives in my heart. 🩵
lol really? when i watched the bts for long ballad it seems they were ok. I’m interested in the ship scenes bc it seems like a lot of action is happening on it lol and maybe LYN’s team lives on the ship. I think they might be trying to get all the ship scene done before it gets too cold, there were other ones like the dancing one have you seen it?
I really hope he gets to be the ML with ZLS in a drama soon!
I am too but I was hoping for Cheng yi or Dylan wang bc Tan Jianci’s CP with Yang Zi is still fresh and their drama has quite a lot of fans so I’m worried a bit.
I really hope he gets to be the ML with ZLS in a drama soon!
Its ok bb he just finished a modern drama where he is Ml ;) lol and also hes really good as SML LOL and to be far the SML as a character themselves have flaws/ reason for not getting with the FL that I understand. I hate it when the SML is clearly better than ML but still ends up losing. “Better” in a complex term not the typically good bad term. Yes she really is haha.
Ok thats good then :’) It’s based off the novel so don’t think too much of it ;) It frames the direct of the story tho. What I got out of it is Duan Wu and her friend prob SFL will be very successful business women’s love that.
