It’s already 1 hour and 24 minutes after watching the finale, and here I am still in a total daze. Deep In completely ruined me. My expectations are so sky-high now that I’m just staring at my screen completely frozen, having absolutely no idea what to watch next. Can you guys suggest what to watch next that can actually match this level of acting and writing? Please help, I need something elite to survive this hangover! 😭🛑
After watching Deep In, my expectations for CBLs are officially sky-high. 📈 This show completely raised the bar for the entire industry. Honestly, I don't think I can watch other mediocre BLs anymore
It's so sad that we won't get to see the actual movie they were filming. 'Into the Deep' looks like an absolute psychological masterpiece on its own! The production team really needs to release a standalone cut of the fictional film because the dynamic between Fang Chi and Gao Zhun is just too fascinating to leave unreleased. 😭🎬
Zhou Linlin, I feel you girl! 😭 In a world full of handsome young guys, they literally only have eyes for each other. The competition is just too elite—we’re stuck on the sidelines cheering for them while low-key mourning our own single lives! 💀✨
The absolute best part of the finale is how it flips the script on us. The movie they were acting in finally wrapped and came to an end, but Chen Xin and Zhang Zhun's real-life love story definitely didn't stop there. 🎬❤️ Passing that final cut wasn't a tragic goodbye; it was just them stripping away the characters of Dr. Fang and Gao Zhun so they could finally face each other as their true selves. The film is over, but their actual reality together is only just beginning. It’s not an open ending—it's a new beginning!
Why must you make us suffer and wait a whole week to know the ending?! 😭 Can't you just release episode 12 right now so the pain can be lessened? Leaving us on this cliffhanger after that emotional wreck is absolute torture!
Episode 11 was an absolute emotional wreck and left me completely devastated! 😭 Seeing how heavy Zhang Zhun's real-life situation is with his grandmother breaks my heart. The emotional buildup between him and Zhen Xin is insane, but my intuition is screaming "bad ending" and the overthinking is so real. We need them to be okay in the finale, I seriously can't handle a tragic ending! 💔
Episode 3 was definitely the absolute peak of the series, but I am still so disappointed with how they changed Peach’s mom’s storyline! 😭 In the novel, Peach rightfully resents her for abandoning him and Plub. It gave his character so much raw, realistic emotional depth! Changing her arc to the cliché "she’s long dead so its time to forgive her" trope felt like such a watered-down cop-out. The show and the chemistry are still top-tier, but that specific change really missed the mark for me. 📉💔
I have to agree with the consensus: this drama is easily one of the best K-BLs we’ve gotten this year. Massive props to the director for executing such a dark, intense mystery-thriller without losing the emotional core of the romance. The main leads were so well chosen; they completely nailed the complex, heavy dynamics of their characters. Their chemistry was so tangible and well-acted that the ending left me wanting more. I'm already anticipating and waiting for their second project together—this pair has way too much potential to stop here!
I didn't expect to cry this much over a rom-com. 😭 Wonderful Nightmare perfectly exposes the divide between the elite and the ordinary citizen, showing how broken our justice system can be. But beyond the social commentary, it’s a beautiful reminder to slow down, stop chasing perfection, and just breathe. Everyone needs to watch this! ❤️
i literally just did this thinking the show was done airing and i have such regret
Same here!! 😭 I saw '10 ep' on the MDL page and my brain just shut off and translated it as 'fully aired.' I should've checked the release schedule first because now I'm stuck waiting in total agony. The regret is so real! 🛑🎢
his "Someone, shut his damn crow mouth!!" energy is unmatched! 💀😂
