Kanit isn't being "suddenly selfish" out of nowhere; he is completely shattered and reaching out for any physical comfort or distraction to numb his pain.On the other side, Toto willingly letting himself be used isn't shallow development either. When you are deeply in love with someone who is vulnerable and crying in front of you, logic goes out the window. Your boundaries crumble because you just want to comfort them.
