Episode 9…they’re KILLING me with these cliffhanger endings each episode! Why do 30 min episodes feel like 5 mins? I can’t wait to binge the whole series start to finish…the satisfaction I’ll feel to be able to do so in a few more weeks. I both love and hate that there are 12 episodes. Next episode needs to progress but I have a feeling it’s gonna leave us hanging with that preview. Maybe Qian passes out and the episode ends? Ep 11 will likely end with a first kiss or almost kiss. Ep 12 will be all those scenes we saw in the trailer where they’re finally together. This is my guess based on the last 9 eps and the series trailer. I’ll revisit my comment each upcoming episode to see if I’m right.

First episode down and I already love it. As expected. My only complaint is that I can only watch one episode a week. ☹️

so I’ve watched the two episodes that dropped and so far not too much has gone in and I don’t really feel chemistry between the two MLs tbh. I’m kind of just hanging out to see if it picks up in ep3…which means there’s not a lot of time for character and plot development… LFLS or JF2 this is not…so far. But it’ll stick it out because the series trailer showed scenes that look promising. At least ep3 may have a bit more hope based on its trailer.

Thanks for following up with me. Sounds like I’ll be setting myself up for that knawing sense of something unfinished if I watch…I may still though because I love psychological crime series. The age gap is odd for sure…Wonder at the difference and how they would have made that work. Insta reels make it seem like they’re closer than you describe. Gotta love the edit.
