it really is too bad this wasn't better. it had so much promise. unfortunately, the more i watch, the more it damaged my fond memory of the original....so i had to stop midway thru.
Thanks, this helps, I too have been hesitant to take the plunge since 50 eps. I've seen in the feeds that you thought Matsuda Shota's acting was excellent. If it had romance in the TAGs, I may have watched sooner. (Yep, that's me that asked!) I'll take a look at it and look fwd to your article.
Congrats to them! I was reading a few articles and it seems sparks flew in their drama they did together a year ago even though they were friends for years. I'll have to check it out: Onna No Kunshou (Women's Medal, 2017)
Since u watched this so granularly, tell me...did i miss something -- What happened in the conversation that jung hwan and Taek had at the restaurant at the air force base?
Right now what is bugging me is in my favorite show that's airing right now. Hate to even pick on it...BUT....in Come and Hug Me, when the scenes are in the prison where the evil father is being interviewed by the reporter....HOW IS IT POSSIBLE OR LOGICAL THAT THERE WOULD BE A WALL OF LIT CANDLES IN ANY ROOM IN THE PRISON? I mean...who even thought of that as part of the set design? They should just be fired. Its like they temporarily drop us into a Goblin scene for a second. LOL
Regarding the one's you mention above, I *just* recently noticed that day/night thing happen...i *think* is was in Rich Man. LOL And that other thing....when theyreplay a scene for us....as if to double underline it in our brain, it is too weird. The first time I saw that when i started watching kdramas, I thought there was something wrong with the version of the video i was watching! Then I realized it was a "thing"...time flies.
On episode 4, currently really like it. Here’s hoping it stays strong the whole way through
i was kinda passing out when they were going over all the intricate rules of round 2 of the Warrior Hunt. LOL All in all, though, it looks pretty good so far.
