this really is a complete waste of time. very little script for him...mostly sulking. too much script for her... Although she looks way better than in the drama.

This is a very well-acted (by the male lead) story of revenge, obsession, control, manipulation of a girl as she pays the debt for her father's sin against the male lead's father. It is well-played, very good intricate script that is disturbingly compelling to watch.

This is *not* a romance, and many would question whether this is a love story.
i find it interesting that this series was so difficult to find....there are far worse stories out there on every streaming site and yet for this one, you still have to download subs and the drama on youtube.

yeah, i didn't realize till too late. i had no prob downloading subs for 2-4, but when i couldn't find the raw that matched the subs, its turned into a syncing exercise. There are some HD raw (chinese subbed) on youtube for all the rest of the eps, but they don't match the subs so its a project.

luckily i pulled down the first 4 eps from daily motion and they mapped to the subs directly (and the first ep was subbed already). The video editor i was using just wasn't moving the sub according to the times i was adjusting it for so my head was kinda exploding. I watched one or two eps basically by concurrently reading the SRT file. Its not that I am so desperate to watch (well kinda) but now its the principle of the thing...am using this as a syncing exercise.

ok, I'll try that. hear ya that all 28 are in there! i just wish one sub file wouldn't cross multiple eps. I was hoping some point one of them would just line up. I am starting ep 9 but took a break to watch all my currently airing stuff last nite.

i have messed around with this for the first 7 eps and am just having such a difficult time syncing because there are 30 eps and 28 subtitle files. why why why!?! I really wanna watch the show but frankly its just such a hassle.

I am using VLC, streaming the youtube videos thru VLC and trying to sync the subs using the subscene subs. But it makes my head spin. Maybe if i actually downloaded the youtube videos and tried syncing it might be easier. not sure though.

any tips?

i think he did an intriguing job in Stolen Life.

I get that she came from a sheltered village life, BUT she did pass with flying colors and make it into college. Given the baby-selling and human-trafficking that goes on everywhere, its unfortunate she didn't pick up a clue and frankly that she didn't make copies of those receipts in the end.

This movie is sooo boring, mundane, desolate. i guess that's what they were going for since this is a film ultimately about the aftermath of the tsunami in Fukushima. I think more could have been accomplished for the sake of the viewer.

anyone have a link to this that works well?

i searched everywhere for something with decent resolution but couldn't find anything but the snagfilms below. it does have eng subs, but the resolution comes and goes to the point where you cant read anything because so blurry. i wanted to watch this film so i did suffer thru it. I would say I missed about 20% of the dialogue. I would like to rewatch on a server that doesn't auto adjust constantly while streaming. Or share a link for a download. I couldn't find that either.

Regardless of all that the story was very interesting, compelling, well-acted and scary that this happens but even more scary that there are girls this naive and easily manipulated.

@satomin i just realized i never circled back. I did make it to the end but purley for 2nd couple. overall, gave it a 7/10.

i put it on hold after 11 ep...most likely indefinitely or until i read something to compel me to finish. I just never liked the female lead character and couldn't related to why her husband was in love with her. I thought the show was more interesting when the golf player was alive and was super disheartened when his character died so early in the show. I felt this drama had more potential overall but can appreciate why many liked it. Just wasn't my bag.
