For me, I didn't feel the open ended ending was bad as it gave me more space to think how they will reunite.

Spoiler! For many of those who found it disappointed with the ending that the main leads didn't get together. I would say that the director of the drama left an opening for imagination since the FL did come back to the Capital after 3 years due to many misunderstandings with the ML and she finally let down the past and moved on. Right at the ending scene, the FL went to a restaurant and gave a jade pendant to the restaurant's boss which indicates that the FL wants to hint to the ML of her return since the boss and ML are close acquaintances. Lastly, FL let's out a smile at the end to show she is ready to face the ML.

Though it is not related to this drama, i highly recommend watching Mystic Pop up bar! Lots of plot twists and great character development and I really love the chemistry of the actors!

I really like that the scriptwriter made the ending more realistic and closer to our lives in this drama! A happy ending doesn't always mean that everyone will have smooth sailing or happily ever after kind of lifestyle like in most Kdrama endings. I recommend this drama if you are looking for comical yet having some seriousness and love plot twists with some light romance!

Honestly I almost dropped the show initially because I felt Wang zi yi's usual image shaped in the variety shows was too immature... But thankfully as I watch the drama, every actor really put in effort to portray their character and not letting a good story go to waste! ^^

The moment I saw Guo Jing Ming in the show, i Gave Up watching... Seriously i just hope he can talk with some sense instead with his own logic. I get he is famous and experienced in the entertainment field but I rather he just continue to do well in his movies.
