I feel bad for this amazing lineup of actors and actresses… because the story is so, meh? its such a waste……
Did you finished the whole drama? I mean this drama is supposed to be mystery comedy so obviously there won't be so much of suspense and violence in it. I find this drama quite good since I personally always watch new drama lightheartedly. If you are more into serious crime and heavy suspense type of drama, then you should try watching dramas from OCN. They are experts in producing this type of genre and it has never disappoint me!
Dropping it in the middle of 2nd episode Yoo Dong Man is hypcorite and don't deserve to be a cop. In real world…
Lol you should continue watching for a few more episodes, the show got better after Kang Sunho finally got accepted into the school after the orientation training! you will know why Yoo Dongman keep picking on him. I was like you too when I saw the first 2 episodes but trust me, it's a good drama:)
Honestly I almost dropped this drama when I saw the first episode... BUT all turned out great as the story went deeper! Ok so why I say this first few episode wasn't so great is mostly because of the cringe and awkward acting style of Cha Taehyun and Jung Jinyoung. The way Cha Taehyun acted was too comical while trying to be serious and was similar to how he was in the drama "The Producers".
Luckily, I pushed through and the story got more interesting showcasing issues on how sometimes the things we thought was a good deed turned out bad and actually harming the image of certain industry... I'm also glad that this drama didn't just give us a "overly perfect" male lead but rather someone who can be blur at times and has his own flaws but is a responsible person who owns up his mistakes even at the cost of his career!
But obviously, this drama isn't all that perfect as it has plot holes especially on how the investigations were carried out.
So I finished watching the drama within 2 days and I must say it's one of the better dramas these days! Honestly I do hope for more romance between the main leads as towards the end of the story, they actually get lesser interactions due to focus on catching the "Big boss". Overall story is nice and everyone in this show has a purpose and role to play, not like a lot of side characters in dramas these days that just served as a tool for the main leads. It is quite heavy on crime and suspense, so if you are looking for romance or all good looking actors then this drama may not be for you :)
I love that this drama focused a lot of mental health, social issues and how normally society will put the blame on people's background or gender. It's a rather slow paced drama with some thriller and tension but I still liked it a lot that all the characters played here had a meaning and not just to play the flow for the main leads. I just find it odd that so what did the lady who bribed Ian Chase to kill the businessman in the surgery really did for revenge when Ian actually betrayed her. I would there are many missing plots from the twin brothers' side (Yoon Park) such as what is the organization behind them etc.
Personally I'm really happy to see Ahn Jaehyun back on the show but I like to remind everyone to give him some support instead of arguing if he really cheated on his wife or not, because I'm seeing signs of depression from his actions which I hope I'm wrong about... Honestly, we all don't know him in private nor do we know all the details of their personal lives so I hope we just show our support as viewers and fans~
Am really glad watching this drama and completed it recently with lots of satisfaction despite seeing so many criticism from viewers at the start!
Here's my overall review for the show! Firstly, I love most of the characters, all the actors are excellent playing their roles and the only character i really despised was the guy from Jian Jian's work studio, wouldn't want to meet such a self-centered and immature person in real life, it will really make my blood boil!
Secondly, I really appreciate the balanced focus on family, work, relationships! I don't really get it why so many people criticized on the romance on the latter part, I find it quite natural and could understand from the character's viewpoint, the siblings were so close when they were younger and the 2 brothers was going through puberty which made them developed different feelings for the sister and those feelings accumulated during their time apart.
lastly, love that the last episode gave a nice closure to everything and story is very well made even though this drama is not like a typical family drama :)
Just completed the show! even though its a continuation of the variety show but i can see they really put in a lot of effort into making this show a good one and i am totally satisfied after watching the whole 20 eps!
Excluding some loopholes from the story plot, there are many comical moments and the casts had great chemistry, they really play their roles so much better than some actual dramas...
Shen Xin told a Jiang Jun that he went back to his hometown and told his parents. As for the aftermath nothing…
Yes I know about the scene but that's where I found it odd it's as though the actor got pulled out of the production half way and the scriptwriter had to rewrite his scene that he went back to his hometown so that his character will not have anymore scenes...
It's a really good adaptation of the English Movie "17 again" by Zac Efron! This story has a lot more details than the movie and I really love the casts' chemistry :) Strongly recommended to watch the drama, there is a good mix of reality, romance, comical and positivity!
I have completed the series and seeing how Woo Young has mysteriously come into the lives of his children as friends and fading out quietly at the end, it made me felt how Si woo will always miss this "friend" that changed his life...
Really recommend to watch this drama! Though there are many times where we may feel why the FL is so undecided on what she wants or even the decisions she made, however, i feel it's more real to the reality where many of us also encounter at the age of 30s and still not married. All the casts played their role really well and gave a reflection of what we faced in actual reality!
Anyway anyone has any idea what has happened to the actor acting Xiang Ding's character? He literally just vanished into thin air starting from the part where Shen Xin and him got fired due to Du Lei's plot. There was totally no scene of him starting from there which i find it very odd as this only happens when actors got fired from the drama due to scandals or agency problems...
Just finished watching the drama and I would say this story plot can be better but overall i love the chemistry of the casts. There are many comedic moments, rivalry and lots of romance which i totally recommend to watch if you are a fan of these!
The only bad parts, i would say is the second lead couple was quite draggy and plotted just for the sake of reuniting the first leads...
For anyone who is considering to watch this drama, just watch it light-hearted as there are quite many of the time that the plot does not go with logic. But i must say this drama is quite stress relieving and the characters are pretty lovable!

PS:The side characters are interesting too!
