You can use https://www.savethevideo.com/home to download the video(just paste the URL here and click START , a pop up might come ,just press back once,then a window will pop up after a bit of loading where you can select quality and download) and subs with https://getsubs.cc/dailymotion-subtitles (again there might be a pop up on pressing download but just press back once). After that,you can either use a video player which has that option of AI translate like MX Player( which I personally use) or go to the site https://www.subtitlewise.com/ and upload the downloaded subtitle file to get it translated( free,no credits or registration needed,accuracy may not be perfect).Sounds tedious (pretty simple though) but if you want to watch it badly,you may try this.
As of now I only found links with chinese subs which I shared above.You can download and AI translate the subs to English if you want to watch badly but I think the same links will be updated with Eng subs soon.
