Synopsis from cdramawiki, adjusted to avoid spoilers: After her death the female lead unexpectedly transmigrates into the body of the male lead's wife. Now she's out to take revenge on those who caused her death while playing the role of the charming wife on the surface.
Moonlight Chicken: In the first episode main lead Wen picks up a DVD of the movie "Comrades: Almost a Love Story (1996)" and briefly talks about it with the other main lead Jim.
Can you tell me why you disagree with the end? I don't mind spoilers. I watched The Gifted which I love but dislike the end so I want to know if the second season will provide a more satisfying end. :)
In Cloud City, a famous opera actress seeks revenge for her senior brother by getting close to He Xingzhou, son of a warlord. As she manipulates him to gain power, she unwittingly falls for him. Added Watashi to Otto to Otto no Kareshi: ML gifts flowers to FL and it's seen that those flowers (in a vase) lose petals over time (petals lie on the wooden board the vase with flowers is standing on)

Look, I just commented my personal opinion on it. I will not track this drama anymore. Like I said before: I don't care anymore and lost interest. Please understand. Thank you! ❤
In True Beauty the bully is shoved by the FL in the end but doesn't really feel any consequences of her actions.…
I get that, I just wanted to mention that this drama does not treat an important topic like bullying well. They downplayed it and I don't wanna imagine the impact it can have on teenagers who watch it. I guess you didn't watch True Beauty, please correct me if I'm wrong. In the first episode the FL was even standing on a roof top about to jump and commit suicide. But none of this isn't even addressed anymore later in the drama. For me who experienced bullying in school the drama and how it pictured bullying was a big red flag.
Hope some fansubber will pick this up. 🤞
