I was waiting for this article to come since I've seen him first in Mad Dog. ^^
His acting is superb and I love how he can be the ultimate villain yet the cutest male lead at the same time. Yet despite his talent and the praise he receives for it, he's humble, polite, sweet and kind of shy. Of course he made it right into my favorite actors list.
I'm happy to see him getting lead roles and hope to see him in many more dramas/movies. :)

So I'm at episode 4 and Ming Yue is already getting on my nerves for nagging nonstop when she sees Xian Yun. Is…
The issue with Ming Yue does get better. I watched the drama to the end. It reminded me of the Chinese Drama I'm a Pet at Dali Temple. They are both lighthearted dramas with likeable characters. Both were subbed by Lan Lan. It's a nice watch but I wouldn't rewatch it.

There is nothing on this drama that would make me watch it completely one day. I picked it up three times yet I never completely watched past episode 7. I'm sorry, but this is complete trash. The medical stuff is so damn illogical, it hurts to watch. Yet, if you're a fan of Grey's Anatomy (and romantic scenes during a surgery, for god's sake are you kidding me?!) go ahead because they don't care about proper medical procedures just as much as this drama does.
Maybe I'm spoiled by watching professional series that really tried to be as plausible as possible but I can't stand this nonsense.
The female lead is probably a red flag for me. I never liked her in any of the dramas she played so yes I might be biased but then her character here drives me crazy. She's such a bitch in the beginning (disrespecting everyone, even those who help and care for her and being arrogant) and it's really hard to not feel the urge to hit her and tell her to mature up.
Yet the drama wants me to believe that while she's still someone who beats up others, she's a doctor now. Sorry, this is just as plausible as the medical stuff.
I'm not saying that no one can enjoy this drama because apparently there are some fans who love this dearly (which is totally okay because taste differs) but to me it's a waste of time and I can only recommend making a huge turn around this drama.
I'm giving it a well meant 2 points out of 10.

I'm no doubt a doubter. XD I read reviews to see what other people think of a drama so I can decide for myself if I want to watch it or not. A summary can only tell you so much but a good written review shows you more information and a personal opinion that I often find very helpful. I do search for spoilers sometimes as I personally don't like to suffer watching the romantic story of a couple throughout the drama in like 50+ episodes only to see one or both of them dying in the end and to be left heartbroken.

Ah yes the spoiler topic. I think they are okay if they don't give away explicit parts of the storyline like "character XY will die!" or "the end was horrible cause character XY is doing ....". Like duh, thanks I didn't ask for that information. If I want to know how it ends, I'll ask or take a look at the comments section, thank you very much. So yes, a spoiler button is gold to let the reader decide wether he/she wants to have a spoiler or none at all. I've seen spoilers that truly spoiled the fun for me because they weren't reviews but simply a statement of how a drama ends and that the writer thinks it's sh*t.

I personally (usually) don't write a review if I haven't watched a drama completely because of the reason you stated. I do think though that people should have a chance to express their opinion of why they dropped it in the first place. I dropped dramas because of good reasons already and think it would be okay and not unfair at all to share the reason as of why. In comments such posts can easily get lost and I think every opinion has a right to be heard. Sure if you haven't seen the end you shouldn't rate the end but who does that? A review/opinion of a part of the drama can be just as helpful sometimes, I think. I don't need to watch all 67 episodes of a drama to built up my opinion that after having watched 30 episodes it's still dragging and not entertaining me.

No second thought, I'm the persuader type. I would like to help other people in getting more clearance if they should/should not watch a drama. Reviews are often helpful for me to make my decision so I hope I can give some important information and guidance and be of help in return. Like it might be important for someone to know that episodes end with a cliffhanger. What doesn't bother me, can be a negative thing for others.

It's good that reviews exist because sometimes we just need to hear another people's view of the same thing for different reasons.

Words can cause injuries that no one sees from the outside. Yet they are there. As someone who suffered from depressions too I know what I'm talking about. This is why we should never speak out before thinking first. You can't take back what you said and you might not know how badly it can affect the person you directed those words to. Even if they are idols, that doesn't give anyone the right to talk bad about them. I don't see why haters have to spread malicious comments, it's not like they're gaining anything from it besides maybe some sort of satisfaction that they spit out some poison. I think if you have nothing nice to say then just be quiet.
I didn't listen often to f(x) yet this hits hard after Jonghyun's death in 2017. They were both so young and had their whole life still ahead of them. Not to talk about their shining talent. Jonghyun was such an inspiring person and I'm sure Sulli was too.
It's time to take depressions seriously, especially in the K-Pop and K-Drama section.
I hope she's reunited with her friend Jonghyun now. They did well. May they both rest in peace.

So I don't get it,for how many episodes does she stay a cat??? Or does she go from human to a cat the entire drama:/
She never really stays a cat for a whole episode but until she figures out how to change into a cat and back she's kind of "stuck" in cat form for a short while.

3,029?? LOL. [#29] It's cool to actually see these stats. For me, those edits were a significant labor of love,…
I feel the same way. I want to support this site as it helps me with lots of information, so when I see an actor or drama with only a bit of information and lots to add I just go on research. No matter if it takes a couple of hours or a whole day because I also aim for as accurate as possible despite all foreign language obstacles. It feels good and I do something I love. ^^ I'm happy to have the chance to contribute to this awesome site.

Title Mad Dog
I had to stop watching and check, because the lead female looks like Park Shin-hye's older more sexy sister.
Good to know I wasn't the only one who actually stopped the episode and came here to check. xD

I'm throwing in a Japanese actor here. Osawa Takao moved me to tears with his emotional scenes in the drama JIN.
Besides the actors I think the scene itself and music plays a big role in making the viewer also cry. When I get the feeling that a scene is emotional the actors don't necessarily need to cry to move me.

This is a great review and I have nothing to add to this. I have the same opinion about this drama. :)

Totally agree with you and thank you for being so honest. Watching dramas is for fun and not to stress yourself over it. I want to have a good time watching and not force myself through endless episodes.
I dropped things like You're Beautiful, Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, Moon Embracing the Sun.
I do agree that sometimes you get benefited for pushing through til the end but you have to listen to your heart. If there's really nothing that you enjoy over a drama just be honest with yourself and drop it.
I do watch dramas for actors and skip some parts if there's also an actor in it that I don't like and who has potential to spoil the whole drama for me.
But when I don't like a drama in general or it gets to the point that nothing keeps me interested enough to watch, I drop it. To be fair I don't review things that I dropped. I don't think I can judge the whole thing if I don't know the end.

Ah you speak from my heart. A little while ago I watched a drama that had a love triangle and each time I saw the female lead I was angry with her cause she was just standing there and even if she tried to stop the fight between the two male leads she never spoke out what she really wanted. If it wasn't for the good cast and other positive things I would've dropped it at some point. It's exactly as you say: A non-existent problem that is not happening in real life. I prefer skipping such scenes before I make myself suffer by watching them.
