The reasons for having laws in place to prevent sexual relationships between close relations is purely to ensure preventable congenital birth defects from becoming more prevalent. If there isn’t a blood relationship and they are adults (and therefore can consent), then it’s absolutely fine. Obviously.

This is why the concept of ratings (on the whole) can be bit flawed - they are usually subjective. However, I have dropped a few deservedly well-rated dramas, not because they weren’t good, but because I didn’t like them.
