to whoever said in the comments below that they served fish kissing I want to slap you across your face so f******…
Since I‘m feeling personally attacked I shall defend myself because I dont want to get slapped. 🧎🏽♀️ I made that comment 12 days ago and I haven’t watched the most recent episodes yet. I still stand by what I said about the dead fish kiss kim an and lee hyun served in that episode. And there are plenty of dramas with those types of kisses like pretty much every park shin hye drama or without any kisses that are still romance and not bromance/friendship. My point is just dont cast idols (in bls) and then use that as an excuse. 🙋🏽♀️
Semantic error exists and I still see people making excuses for idols dead fish kisses or no kisses in bls. Not everyone needs to full on make out but what is the point of being the lead in a romantic drama when you cant even properly portray one of the key scenes.
This might have one of the worst character introductions I‘ve seen in a while. I was so confused for like 2/3 of the first episode. But I do think if you can look past that its decent.
Minato might be asexual, cuz everytime Shin tries to come closer to him , he reacts awkwardly!!
That would actually be such a interesting plot point. I dont think the writers are smart enough to come up with that tho because that would be too interesting. There are still 8 episodes left but his behavior will probably go on like this until the last episode.
What the hell is this??? Even korean drama started putting porn in their movies, I'm really disappointed hope…
Two very famous, if not the most famous/critically acclaimed korean movies parasite and the handmaiden have explicit sex scenes. So does the record breaking show squid game for example. There have always been sex scenes in korean shows or movies, like in pretty much every countries film industry. You just have to look into what you want to watch or stay on the mainstream pg13 side of kdramas, which there are plenty of.
So I‘m halfway through the 3rd episode and I like it but is this what the whole drama is gonna be like? There isnt really much of a plot besides both of them meeting (coincidentally) and having cute moments.
I just love pear and I am really happy that she had a scene that wasnt centered around kawi and/or piseang. Makes her character seem more than that perfect girl in the best way. And I just don’t understand kwan. At first I liked her but how can she still like that piece of shit after all of the shitty things hes done or said. Like she knows hes not a good person but still clings onto him. Its pretty disappointing but I guess thats what low self esteem does to a person.
The only thing I‘m on the same page with Pat is not being able to believe that Jeng likes him. And not understanding why he likes him. Because that boy has a personality only parents can love.
The episodes are so long yet nothing really happens that you would need more than 2 episodes for up until like episode 10. What even was the point of the second lead couple? I mean the timeline itself was weird for jeng and the cry baby but made even less sense for jaab and jane. I have 2 episodes left and their whole storyline could be explained in detail in 2 sentences.
If pretty privilege had a face it would be saints. How did he get that role. If him and jeng looked alike I‘d get it but not even that is the case. I burst out laughing when jeng started crying and he just sat there with such a neutral expression. He was probably meant to look overwhelmed or sth but yeah no.
I just finished episode 4 and I‘m still trying to figure out why they all seem to hate jeng and how „ strict“ he is. 95% of what he’s said to his subordinates so far was totally normal constructive criticism. And the rest is a couple things he could’ve said maybe a littleeeee nicer. I work with kids and the way pat reacts to anything that isn‘t 100% positive reminds me a bit of how kids cant control their emotions (when they’re being told off)
