watching the FL’s brother’s romance is so frustrating. he is bending over backwards all for her family that is demanding ish selfishly under the guise of caring for and wanting the best for their daughter. FL’s bro has no backbone. I appreciate he loves his girl that much but her family needs to stop 🙄

I loved that I not only sensed romantic feelings between OTP, but also a strong friendship. I honestly loved their relationship. At first I was annoyed that FL was just trying to ally with the strongest side but that was my bias. ofc suddenly being thrown into a strange world where she’s supposed to die, she would try to figure out the best way to stay alive and ofc she would start mistrusting even ML after some of the trauma. Yet they beautifully built from that to trust, love and absolute commitment. The actors conveyed the tenderness towards each other in just the way they looked at each other. They were besties in love. I do wish I saw more of a transition to the real world but that’s how these transmigration cdramas work 🤷🏻♀️

ugh. this ML is a real one 🥺even if it’s not with him, he just wants her to win. FL needs to level up to not have me feeling his earnestness is wasted on her. I thought she was rude or die with him but it turns out she is just looking out for herself and thinking over whether to switch allies to make out alive. ofc I know she’ll come around but I’m left feeling sad for ML who obviously fell head over heel right away 😢
…okay. she’s back on track with ML. at least her wavering didn’t last long. then again, it is because she realized she still can one-up SML. Still a tad disappointed but the drama is too cute otherwise for me to be hung up over this for too long. 😝
what was her drunken mattering about in ep 6? saying he is the actual real one and she is like the 2D character? I’m guessing she’s speaking figuratively but it was suddenly very dramatic and I was afraid ML would think she is only latching onto him to save herself…she would have latched onto SML but she fears that he would easily toss her aside. when characters get plastered and create a mess 🤦🏻♀️
I’m confused about SFL. She said she completed the novel so shouldn’t she know that SML has villainous intent? Or was he different in the novel and now the plot and character has somehow changed…ohhhh. actually… as I’m typing this…
why does it feel like he is just dreaming at the end? it’s night…flashbacks…then it’s daylight on the cliff in front of a vast ocean and they are together. She suddenly asks about his tail and he replies along the lines of “it’s okay. you just haven’t seen it in a while.” the next thing you know she suggests they have a swimming competition and they dive into the water. …all of a sudden there are two dolphin-like fish things jumping out. wth? she’s a fox. suddenly to see her as a merperson along with the odd conversation makes me think she’s still stuck in the sealed volcano and ML has lost his mind from the grief 😬
