Forget the time she straight up says that he is always calculating and she can't trust him. He always ran to her aid and didn't do her dirty. I really felt he loved her wholeheartedly. To the point I needed him to calm down and act like a king and put his bloodline and country first. He was just busy chasing skirt foremost and then he was king. Idk. I can't with this love story. I can't with this story of a king. It accomplished neither for me.

I'm on ep 15 and I just don't get the super high rating and the applause for this drama. I was bored about ep 10-15. The FL played push and pull the entire time. Anytime ML showed interest, she would push away and claim she wanted to be free of the mess being with him would entail. Yet she would throw herself into mess by trying to "help" and that would get him all interested again. If someone loves you and you don't want to be with them, get out of their sight so they can heal and move on. On top of it, she played jealous every time ML had a girl around. He is frkn royalty and needs heirs. She was just plain inconsiderate to his status. He is The King for goodness sake. Play the game with him or leave!!

Someone help. When will the illogical disagreement end??? I'm about to drop kick FL. She is upset for ML misunderstanding when she stood him up and is obviously hiding very important details about herself. (Don't read past this if you don't want spoilerish convo about things between eps 13-15. He never once questioned her until she went MIA but now she's mad that he's asking questions but at the same time literally said the lines "why is he mad when he could have just asked me." Like dude. You stood him up in front of his whole fam and then didn't even properly apologize. Then to make matters worse she is flirting with another dude and keeping him around knowing he and her brother want them married? But then gets mad at ML for being jelly? You can't try to make him jelly and then get mad at succeeding. What kind of utter nonsense is this???!!? I hate these kinds of games. Miscommunications is one thing but this takes it to a whole other level.

I'm at ep 7 and feel it's going to get super angsty. Does it start going downhill? Is there a lot of unnecessary plotting by the mother? I'm guess there will be a breakup. There's always a breakup. I agree about Chen Zui. He really was a sweetheart but hopefully he grows to be more daring. Otherwise he'll never gather the courage to get what he wants or even deserves.
