Even tho this kind of sports gender bender has been done a million times before, it was still good. Cute fluffy and sweet. Just had a hard time believing a tiny girl like that wouldn't end up in a body cast playing ice hockey with the boys.
Is this worth watching ? I am worry if this is depressing drama with misunderstandings and divorce and ex and…
It wasn't depressing. But the ml did encounter a lot of bad luck throughout most of the series. Was a role reversal story, the fl was always rescuing him. The kid and grandpa made things more fun.
"Sorry for making you wait another 2 years!" Wow..Absentee father wraps the series up by disappearing again. Horrible way to end a love story that already included a 14 year separation. I really liked this drama. But episode 16 kinda ruined the experience.
Ive been experiencing the same dillemma. Should finish pinnochio imo. The rest are meh..ended up dropping forest and eternal love of dream myself. Couldn't force myself to be interested enough in dots to start watching it. Try its okay not to be okay, in to the ring, or backstreet rookie instead for something new and entertaining. Its okay not to be okay is probably the most satisfying kdrama ive ever seen. The other 2 shows are just really funny and cute.
Lol guess Im not the only one who got bored and dropped this one. Was hoping for it to be something as good as whirlwind girl. But it sucked.Managed to make it about halfway thru before losing interest.
They say it's an adaptation of meteor garden...But from what I remember, the only thing this had in common with bof etc was a male harem at a rich kids school. Moon River was a comedic romance about a dorky martial arts girl.
Loved this series. Sun Qian did a great job. Both at acting cute, and during the action sequences too. Very graceful. The martial arts in this show were some of the best Ive ever seen in a modern drama. Bi Wen Jun was definitely a handsome block of wood. But he still pulled off the injured Master role pretty well. Came to life for the tai chi scenes.
I don't know about you but I can't say for sure that korean audiences are enjoying the series or not because I…
Yea they seem to have made it standard for teen idols to move on to acting after 25. So theres way too many that just stand there looking pretty while the professionals do the heavy lifting.
I've also noticed that rather than building the romance and characters, they're more focused on building the story.…
I hope they haven't lost their taste for the romance genre. Thats what makes the asian dramas a unique market. Theres not a lot of that in western television. Outlander is one of the only romance novels made into a successful series here. But even if kdramas cant deliver the goods anymore, at least theres still a lot of Japanese, Chinese and Thai stuff getting made.
Oh God Pin Anong was a disaster on so many levels, I couldn't make it to the end. Whereas, I hate to admit it…
Imo the lead actors in secret could make anything look good. The key moment that made me too disgusted with the way the fl was written to continue, was when she insisted on taking the fall. Everything that followed would have been easier to digest if the bf had actually asked for her help.
I dropped a lot of those shows too. The role joe chen played in cr is one of the kind i hate the most. Always trusting the wrong people, and hurting the ml. Theres a lakorn with one thats even worse tho. Its called Pin Anong, she does everything the antagonists ask her to do because her ma is their lifelong servant. Even after they tried to sell her to pay off their gambling debts. I dropped secret for much the same reason. I couldn't bear the thought of watching hours and hours of a woman basically volunteer to lie and suffer for someone who doesn't really care about her.
The flashy/overly sweet kdramas sometimes remind me of kpop videos. If you watch to much of that kind of formulaic fluff, youre probably going to get bored. Definitely needs to have chemistry to hold it all together. I agree with the others that crash landing on you was pretty much the best romantic kdrama of the year. It had substance, originality, cute funny moments, and good acting.
