Don't want to be negative, but ML needs to grow the fck up. He is supposedly 30+ years old? Also his mood swings…
I sort of agree but the signs point to his attachment being tied in some way to his childhood and parents. Same with his reaction to people being judgmental about his hobby. That grandmother's actions is enough to give anyone a serious complex.
Also, the character needs to start from somewhere in order to undergo character development aka growing up. Plus the FL isn't much better EQ-wise if we're keeping it a buck.
Yes Yifan. One plus one equals two. It's simple maths.
Sang Yan is so petty and I love it. Wish the character was a bit more about trying to get Yifan to go to this hospital she keeps mentioning but it's nice that he's making things as safe for her as he can.
Mu Cheng could have been a cute smitten character and it'll have still worked for the plot. I'm unsure now why the writers have the character be unlikeable and all up in Yifan's personal space/business. I can't wait for Yifan to clear him once and for all.
Enjoying the second couple a lot and can't wait for them to get together.
Faifa continues to be my favourite character. He's so generous with his love and care to others. And it's completely genuine. A confession this early took me by surprise but I don't hate it.
The toxic almost casual cruelty of some of their actions befuddle me. Maybe I'm too old to remember but have kids always been this into stringing someone else along when they know they like someone else?
Just why must they always use the same annoying tropes ? In my opinion, this only proves their laziness and stupidity.…
She's living with a man though. Wouldn't the same logic apply? (Also he's not a complete stranger. Let's stick to clear facts.)
For some character analysis. Notice how she tries her best not to offend even in situations where she can insist on her boundaries? Even with friends and family. Once there is some pushback she caves/goes along. This is separate from her SA experience. One of the character development I expect to see is her being more firm about her boundaries. And we should see her do this with the ML as well.
But I figure this will be lost on you since you really think the writers are stupid and just throwing random things into the plot so I'll save my breath. Cheers.

Tropes work. What you consider "original" most times is just a different version of a trope. This entire drama? A trope (cohabitation). Calling writers stupid and lazy is an okay way to vent your frustration but they're neither of those things in reality.
A novel and the screen adaptation are two completely different animals. Know this and know peace. The screenwriters can choose to add, remove or alter the plot/characters as they see fit. You might not like it but if it serves the screen version, they will do it. If making the screen Mu Cheng Yun more over-enthusiastic than the novel version serves to make the scandal/gossip that comes after have a stronger bite then that's what they're going to do.
She's no use to Eunchong if she's done for assault? Violence in front of kids is also not great parenting. lol
Reckless violence? Yes. Using violence to save him? All the kid sees is their mum is willing to fight for them and would do everything to keep him safe.
Violence would have been justified. Him grabbing the boy, running through the house and jumping on table put him in danger. Not to mentioned he'd previously kidnapped the child. Pretty sure any assault charges would be easy to kick out. Talking specifically about the character it was more about keeping the peace so the pos does not reveal the secret.
Your scumbag ex grabs your "adopted" son and you're trying to have a conversation? When there are bottles nearby you can break on his head? All this episode shows is that Hana is incapable of protecting Eunchong. It takes more than nursery rhymes and hugs to raise a child. I've been able to excuse her naivety so far but not this time. That man should have been bleeding through all the holes in his body. How can keeping the chairwoman's secret be more important than your child's safety? Nah. Fuck the writers fr.
Pemika could have done everything for the team without any of the underhand methods she choose. They're all reasonable kids and if she had communicated from the start they'd have gotten with the program. Instead she chose to manipulate them, ruin their friendship, and tie Thame down with slave contracts. She did not have to be a heartless bitch. So all that time spent on her in ep 11 was wasted on me. I hate her guts. Love her fits though.
Episode was good but I'm here wishing someone would go through my house and order all the stuff I need. Love language fr.
This was soo much fun to watch. Felt like GD going on multiple blind dates with Code Kunst and Jo Seho as chaperons. I love how much laughter there was in it overall. Looking forward to the episode with all my fave 88 liners
The part with Kian84 is hilarious. I haven't seen Kian so nervous with any celebrity before. His eyes sparkled when he looked at GD. Plus it was nice to see GD enjoy the reaction and take all the conversational shifts in stride. Code Kunst had the most fun. I'm sure he'll tease Kian with this for years.
Ugh you bloody twerp. There is options for marking spoiler for a damn reason. And you typed it in fucking caps.…
There's no "you people" here. I chose to insult you because you ignored other comments asking you to tag your comment as a spoiler. Glad to see insults work where polite requests don't. Social media doesn't have options to tag a post as spoiler. MDL does. I hope you learnt something.
This is a slow drama. But it's the first time in a long time I'm watching a drama without the ffw button. I love all the actors, lead and support and I'm enjoying all the relationships and how the stories unfold. I've always enjoyed Choi Wooshik in his everyman sort of characters and Park Boyoung is an absolute delight. I didn't know Kim Jaewook was in this so it's a happy surprise. Will come back when I complete all the eps.
