Always find it funny when characters in a film are arguing about who'll do the dishes.

Boeing is so unnecessarily hot. Wish he'd met Ray when he was still a ho.

I really wanted to like this a lot but it ended up being just okay. I will say though that the acting of both leads is 10/10. They embodied their characters so well.

It's PR. And it's not immoral. We might roll our eyes at it but that's all. The beneficiaries get a donation for their cause and a spotlight which may or may not lead to other donations. The donor gets to look like a good person. Everybody wins. It's a capitalist world we live in, sadly. Personally, I don't judge anyone who announces their donation as shallow/fake.

This is so cute and fluffy. I don't want it to turn dark later even though the 2ML is giving me evil wrapped in cute dimple vibes.

Now you mention it, it's actually rare to find a character express sexual desire (solely) in a healthy way. If it's not within the confines of love and romance, it's something sleazy.

Tbh, I think the reason he began to actively pursue her is because Tae-ho is in her orbit. He knows he can't marry her for sure. A man who'll go to prison for one year for his parents is not about to defy them when it comes to marriage.

Tae-min is a nice guy™. He says all the right things but watch out for how he behaves when people don't fall in line and act a certain way because he's being nice. The way he accepted the secretary's suggestion to put Tae-ho down tells me everything I need to know. He's just a bully waiting to happen.

It's not just a Korean thing. Most of those loan sharks are illegal businesses and you deal with them at your own risk. You can go to the law but the law takes too long to act and you'll probably end up with broken bones before anything is done.

But we've never really seen the mother pester them for money though. Just have SIL's word for it. What we have seen is the mother trying to get back the money she loaned them (with the SIL gaslighting her that it wasn't a loan but a gift to support their kids' education, pfft ) and giving her son the money her daughter gave her for her upkeep. When she visited, she gave the kids pocket money as well. I call BS on the SIL.

Taking a break from this drama until Netflix fixes whatever it is in ep 3 that only the English audio is available. I'm lowkey made about this. How is a drama not available in the original language? I hate dubs.

I think they made a mistake with the naming of this series vs Dangerous Romance. Someone must have switched the nametags.

I empathise with Ray but he needs to get his shit together. He's such a spoilt overindulgent brat.

Boeing (Boink) can have all the boys. There's still enough time for him to get down with Mew and Sand. And even Top, for the road.

Hopefully the characters don't do a 180 halfway through to fit the plot.

Mahn. This comment is so misleading. I was expecting something sleazy and it's one scene with an older guy (20s at most) talking in a hotel room. That sex has happened is implied by a line of dialogue. That's it.

Just saw a clip on YT and I'm going to start this. Doesn't seem to have too many overly dramatic characters. I've watched maybe 5 or 6 weekend dramas so far and only finished one. Maybe this will be number two.

I really hope another director gives him a shot. He has so much promise.

20 episodes in and the FL is exhausting. She's funny and has a sense of justice but she's also been sheltered and coddled all her life. She is so reactive it's crazy.

This is going to be hella entertaining and fun to watch. Hopefully, they don't try to make it too serious later on. I've liked Byeon Woo Seok since Record of Youth. Glad to see him taking on a villain role.
