I guess it depends on whether the decisions are made by Netflix as an international company and, more importantly, what will happen to YAH ~ if he gets jail time, how long ~ even if he doesn't, how long will the case draw on for?
That might mean the Netflix projects he is involved with, would be delayed and be put at risk. Then they might decide to change the actor.
However in terms of what he's done, I'm pretty sure with the huge number of actors and their nationalities, that Netflix deals with, what he's taken won't influence them. As long as he sorts himself out and it doesn't affect his work.
Sadly, S.Korea are neanderthals in how they treat drug misuse. Everything appears to get lumped into one crime. Circumstances, usage, mental health ~ none of that seems to get taken into consideration and, therefore, no help or support is offered to get any pwrson back on track.

It's called acting for a reason, durr.
Plus, casting make the choices and actors are approached. It's their choice (when established at least), so no one has forced her, or him.

2017 this supposedly happened and they waited until he got some notoriety for Squid Game? That already makes it smack of being after financial compensation and little else. I don't get how it was investigated, seemed not to be found guilty, then investigating again due to appeal... are they saying it wasn't done right first time?! If innocent, of course he should be able to return. Why not! If based on lies, the person who put him through this should be heavily fined, named & shamed. If guilty, his career's over and rightly so.

It shows as a Netflix Series (big red 'N' on poster) on their app.

I love supernatural and fantasy, so anything like that always piques my interest.

So pleased he's returning to acting and look forward to this new drama.
I hope it's picked up by Netflix or Viki, or translated and streamed somewhere foreign K-drama fans can access.

Usually 'part 2' is a continuation of the current storyline.
Season 2 is usually when a main story/theme in S1 has been completed with the plot and remaining characters moving into a new story, sometimes with references to S1 as a tie-in.

Mmm... writers said they couldn't complete the story in tge originally planned number of eps, hence a 'Part 2' rather than season 2. I am fascinated to see where this goes. Whilst I love Jung So-min, the drama is about the characters, isn't it? So I shall try to watch with an open mind. Mudeok is obviously special in her own right, so anything could happen! Exciting 😁

I love Lee Joon's acting. Looking forward to seeing him in more dramas or film. It is a shame Bloody Heart is not available more widely. I would love to see it.

It is a shame these rumours and speculations in the media are starting to overshadow the drama as it currently airs.

He's a bad person? Based on what? That one mistake of using bad judgement, whilst spurred on by someone he loved at the time? If you know him personally, do share your experiences.
He is an actor and allowed to date, as every human being has a right to live their lives, make errors and grow from them.
Share opinions based on his acting ability, fine; but not personal attacks on someone you do not know. I am sure you would be happy if strangers judged your character.

So pleased. His private life (unless he engaged in criminal activity!) should not impact on his profession. He is an actor and not public property.
With the earlier controversy, he was immature and in love, and made a mistake, which he paid for in depression, regret and ridicule. Time to move on and leave the past where it belongs. The other actor at fault was allowed to!

Damn. The UK doesn't get all Disney content and it needs yet another subscription. Oh well, there are other sites.

I hope this will be picked up by Viki or Netflix; I prefer watching on a subscription to the free sites with loads of ads, pop-ups and sudden transfers to different sites. I shall wait to binge-watch and hope for the best in the meantime! 🤞🤞
