So true....Oh it hit me on the size difference before that also when at the shrine he gave him a big back hug squeeze and it was like Kano was so tiny in his arms it hit me full force on that size diff....and same like you mentioned in the NC scene. Like you, wanted more couple relationship :( Would have been great to have an episode of them just dating and being happy!!

Binge watched and oh my.....I liked it but darn the NC scene and bad kisses were annoying....but it didn't ruin the series for me. I now, almost sadly, expect this from my beloved Japan series HA This felt comfortable to me, the dry office atmosphere, the handsome guys in sterile suits, all places in my Japan series I have been before and still enjoy. The mains, omg the height difference, I was smiling big on that one and truly they paired them well , these actors seemed very matched to me and I enjoyed the casting. Everyone acted well, story was cute with a nice solid message included, NC/kiss lackluster but in the end I enjoyed it! Needed 2 more eps, I wanted way more couple interaction at this point, I feel robbed :) Fun series that made me smile! (Does it seem a lot of series are now Supernatural, Fantasy, Magical Lore lately? I want me a good ol' solid romance soon that is all about the mains and their dynamics...weee...)

Ep was great. Love Billy and Babe, pro actors are a joy to watch on the screen with their chem being thru the roof and their comfort level working together shines thru in their series!! (In the Reaction ep. Billy looks so young and different with his hair down, aww, just made me smile) I guess now this transition episode is going to open up who is trying to kill whom and who is trying to do what to each other? Should be vaulting ahead now a lot faster but I don't want it to go fast, want a 1000 eps of Billy and Babe on screen :) Fun series!

YUP, right there with you!! Massive Billy and Babe fan cause they are so talented and professional....plus the chemistry between them is thru the roof, they are truly bonded friends so they work so well together!!! I also just rewatched The Sign not that long ago HA I can't let them go either, I just enjoy these 2 actors so much!

Ep 9 was fun....I loved the shampoo talk in the hotel hallway :) Little scenes like that in the story is making me giggle, I look forward to them. I guess we are getting closer to who is who in this mystery and who is connected to whom?? I just love Pooh and Pavel. They make me smile, I like their connection, they work well together.

100% behind in your thoughts. I agree. Like you I know adaption to screen won't always ever be exact, but when the mains do not even match the mains in the manga, right off the bat I wanna strangle someone HA I just had this issue with hit with Thundercloud Rainstorm. Jeonghan is not represented at all....this character is so complex right from the start of their interactions, there is absolutely ZERO in creating his character. So highly disappointed. Jeonghan is like an immediate villain but in the manga there are reasons to back it all plus he has identity issues etc....so the series fell SO flat for me. I made it ep. 3 and haven't gone further.....might, one day when bored?? watch the rest!? Who knows but with us readers, that essence of the story plus the art expressions and 'thought bubbles' we are privy too make the story real and emotional with depth in content and characters just sometimes doesn't make it onto the screen. Sad tho....

older post but appreciate reading this info. I am a manhwa/manga reader first and I didn't even know this series was based off of one as a source material. Usually I catch them all LOL but when you described the adaption I cringed cause I know when we read the origin and 'see' how the adapt the disappoint can be huge. I actually wasn't a fan of this series in general, and now before I want to do a rewatch cause Gaga just threw it up to me, I think I will go off and read the manhwa first now. I have so many to read but this one now is going on my list :) Thanks, your post caught my eye!! Reviews are one sided always, watch it and feel it out. I instantly thought this was going to be intense, real emotional and messy, and I got surprised real fast and actually got into it cause it became fun and unencumbered with it being a train wreck that I actually enjoyed watching in the end LOL It is falling into its' own niche area for me :) The 2 mains, I so want to see more from them in a good series!! Weeee.....

Just watched Finale. I FORGOT ABOUT IT! :) I was clearing up my watch list and realized I forgot to watch the finale HA OMG!! The editing was dismal and laughable but one thing this series gave me was darn fun! Fun to trash it kinda but the actors, I so loved them thru it and also the finale pushed me into wishing these 2 actors get a decent script, good direction, good production staff etc cause honestly they seem to enjoy each other and bounce off each other a bit and with more workshops they could really do very well! I thought never a rewatch, NOPE, this is going into my rewatch list cause I feel a small addiction to good actors who are trapped in a bad series....kinda like I need to see this again every now and then :) Ahhh, just enjoyable in a weird way now to me!

Finale was so good! Right at the start, his friend falling on him and those eyes and expression Watarari gave him were hysterical, I knew right there this was gonna be a fun ending. I loved the mains in this series and both friend groups were great and everyone did a fine job acting!! The actor's energy, great vibes, beautiful smiles and attractiveness just makes me smile huge thru this whole series. It was that usual dead JBL kiss then Watarari leaned in and gave us more excitement, I giggled thru it. Series was done so well, every episode was enjoyable and this is just a feel good time! I will do a rewatch on this series, it is just too much fun not to watch it again!

Agree!! The feeling of so much intimacy and connection can be shown thru a simple (but good) kiss :) The kiss scenes in this were emotionless.
