yea that was one! but also in the I Became the Main Role of a BL Drama, wow with the drag of that romance, lol, Season 2, ep 6 at 16 mins. in we got like the 2nd kiss and it is so dead and the lead up is like making one expect ultimate fireworks but it fizzles real bad. I went off and watched it again, laughing here on it. I SO wanted them to show something, like a sign of life in any physical contact but I guess being the comedy that it is they put in a hysterical kiss scene too?

those are really solid thoughts about what is happening in their bond. I think you needed to be part of the writer's team on this script :) I really feel alot is missing here cause while such a very basic plot it also lacks a basic foundation of like an overall 'feeling' in it ya know.....I can't put my finger on what I am trying to say but it feels off to me but enjoyable still :)

Same feeling as the other comment, it felt very awkward, sketchy, or off somehow but BOOM it jumped right into a series I am loving at this point!! Love the actors, the plot is plotting as it should and emotions are starting to fly. Very enjoyable!! Hooked to the end :)

Bato.to is my solid go to because they have tons of content, plus it is such a user friendly site and the story reads easily on the screen. I do used MangaBuddy and MangaNewPark if Bato might not have something I am looking for and I check the other sites. But they aren't as user friendly like Bato. Slow burn, love them but at the end I gotta see something go down with a decent NC scene LOL Ya know lately some of the kiss scenes are really dead like you mentioned. Seems like a few series lately have been doing just what you said, I mean I don't need all in graphics but some of the lip locks are laughable. Really also throws off the whole feel/emotional type expectations of the romance of the scene one craves ya know. Oh well, we do have so much good to read and watch tho :)

Oh so agree with the mature content they have to back it off for a live action series IF they truly wanna hit a certain age group kinda. (keep it wholesome) but more and more live action sure are pushing the NC scenes, and who am I to say no, don't do it HA Not all pages available? I use Bato.to and so far very few issues with inconsistency or missing pages/chapters.

ep. 20. It got me. I had tears streaming. This series is over the top amazing. It has it all and packed with emotion and alot of screen time on the relationships and not filler fluff to drag it out....the whole reason I am watching -- for the couples :) Love all the cast.

Absolutely agree with you. I felt cheated since OFC was so short, I was crying for more :) The manga contained a ton more in depth then the live adaption but I enjoyed it! I am getting ready to actually read this one soon too. I love to read the source material against the live action series. Little hobby of mine to see how they vary/differ and some have huge gaps from the original story read to the screen.

I am screaming over the height difference :) Loving all the actors/characters and this is just easy going and very enjoyable to watch. It is not action packed or leaves one on the edge of their seat but it draws you in and makes you want to watch it! Nice series. Gives me Old Fashioned Cupcake vibes!

Highly disappointing for me. What was this? Not a BL in truth. It was action, mystery, historical, royalty, crime and social status crap and equal rights stuff and environmental issues and intentional death murder plots and family physical abuse and blah blah. No relationship bonding or chemistry in real emotional detail to me for what I wanted to really see from a production this big. Visuals were OK but it did not wow at all. Jumbled mess. Love the actors tho. It was to me how this dry long winded script and fluff staging came off as artificial that everything felt stale, stagnant and pale even tho the content was with scenes that were supposed to be action packed and thrilling. Fell so flat for me but I gave it a 4.5 just cause Z and N and Net and JJ and all the others that were in this but this will never be a re-watch. I dropped at ep 10 and dragged myself back to suffer thru the last 4 LOL I know many loved it but it just didn't fit the stats of a well written solid series. And for what other companies are producing in quality series now, The Next Prince doesn't even compare, I kinda put this with DogBro and Flirt Milk cause even tho it is big names and flashy it didn't deliver. Highly forgettable.

WOW this is captivating. All episodes are fantastic and I 'liked' the old Counter Attack but this new adaption is so outstanding it is crazy. Just in love with everything about this series and the intensity of emotions and action is amazing.

Yea I can give ya that in a way :) but when there is no romantic connection at all until a 'flash' in a few days, hmmm, it just makes it tough to see any real character change/development of emotions.....but I feel ya! It is fantasy land so I guess I go along with what goes down in movie land HA

This is far fetched. Yea both mains are handsome and acting well along with support cast but script stinks. Too fast paced on how the one doesn't even consider the friend as a romantic partner and BOOM, a few days of no chat (which happened before) and then into bed with no hesitation at all?? And for the NC scene, gonna assume first time here there could have been a better even if suggested transition into the final act of just making it a bit more real maybe?? Such a complacent look on the receiver's face, sure didn't see passion kinda so?? Don't get me wrong, cute as hell and I am all in but this is off track for me. Now the misunderstanding is gonna come with the ex as a usual trope so? Will finish it but not enthused at all on it but again, still in on it, see where it goes but script writers need more knowledge of their craft :) I guess good beginner vehicle for the mains?

Future is FuseAnna which is engineering/dental......but for me in my other comment this reminds me of Gen Y with Mark and Kit. Mark being engineering and Kit being medical and their dynamics are out of this world. So it might be MarkKit from Gen Y vibe that I hit on maybe??

Long, me too. I love looking at him and I enjoy him as an actor. I am surprised after Long Frank split he ended back up in a BL in a way?? IDK I kinda thought they had diff career paths each wanted to follow but omgosh those lips on Long :)
