You said, 'I'm talking about the female character, she's the psychopath.' Where are you getting she's a psychopath from? The fact that aspd is a part of psychopathy right? I'm just letting you know that not ALL people who have aspd are psychopaths and thus ARE capable of emotions (yes, even love) even if it's hard to maintain.
And why yes, mental disorders are often romanticized, we should not paint people with mental disorders as never ever being able to have love.

It think 'Psycho But It's Okay' is a play on how many people think people living with ASPD are psychopaths due to the stigma surrounding personality disorders.
While most psychopaths have ASPD only a very low percentage of people who have ASPD are actually psychopaths.
Having ASPD does not always equate to being an actual psychopath.
wait so the WOMAN is the one with antisocial personality disorder? this may not sound that amazing or exciting…
Yes it's the woman with the mental illness. Another synopsis on Soompi says that she was bullied as child as she was detached from her emotions and was not able to socialize well with other children.
cant kdrama come up with a more unaesthetic title ?
I think the title may be in reference to SYJ's character. People with antisocial personality disorder in general disregard other people's feelings and right and wrong (which is probably where the 'psycho' comes in play). ASPD has a LOT of symptoms and not everyone with the disorder will experience EVERY symptom and some symptoms can decrease with age. Having said that, the production team will probably change the title between now and when the drama airs.
More than the title, I hope this drama will handle this disorder and all mental health topics with sensitivity. I pray that ASPD will not be used as comedy. I have hope and am excited, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous.
Currently watching and Lee Kang Hoon is such an asshole but Shin Ha Kyun is such a phenomenal actor I can't help but be mesmerized by him. This is the first time I've seen this actor and I am in love.
Currently watching and Jo Dong Hyuk and Kim Sang Joong are the only reason I'm not dropping it. This is a very stylistic show, but that's about it for me. I do love when these two guys share scenes together. So much charisma. So happy this drama introduced me to them. And Jo Dong Hyuk is freaking sexy. He's up there with Doctor's Son (Cruel City) in terms of suaveness and sexiness.
Oh and I love a good female character but this show is severely lacking one. The main female literally adds nothing. Sadness.
Currently watching Bad Guys (which I am not enjoying as much as I hoped) and he is so freaking charismatic. Not to mention hot as hell. Had no idea who this guy was before I started this show and I'm so glad I found him.
Yes, I agree re: episode 7 and 8. There are a lot of characters and I think there is a struggle to get all the…
Yeah episode 7 was just off for me. Not bad, but I didn't particularly enjoy it.
Yes, let's just say my taste differs drastically from what most believe is good on this site. Ah Goblin, I actually liked the 1st few episodes but ended up dropping it because I was bored. I don't care how hyped a drama is I ain't wasting my time on something I don't like. There are a few exceptions though since I did finish the god awful My Name is Kim Sam Soon, City Hall and I'm sorry I Love you. I wasted so much time on them I felt obligated to finish them lol.
Usually the dramas I drop are romance based. Weird that I actually love the romance here because it's handled so differently from what I typically see in a kdrama. A non-romance drama doing romance better for me. Who'd have thunk it?

And if you want to gauge her acting I'd highly recommend you watch 'Save Me' and Lawless Lawyer/Attorney'
