Mom and older sister reminds me of Cinderella's evil Step mom and sister!
Ep 2! Hey, I prefer Shim to Mi all the way :) It's just I vaguely see where Mi is coming from. Yes, she is arrogant, egotistical and narcissistic...but I see a woman with a lot of self-doubts about her ability. She just covers it up better, and tries to manipulate instead of throwing a pity party like Shim tends to do. I find Mi an interesting anti-thesis to Shim and will be keen to see how the relationship develops between sisters. Again, I must stress, I prefer Shim :)

Please excuse the typos in my earlier post. What a nightmare. Faulty laptop. Anyways thanks for acknowledging Mi might be under some pressure herself. Everyone is too busy feeling sorry for Shim, without thinking Mi might be in a similar boat, but in a different way. I congratulate Shim on her ingenuity of subletting. Looks like Dan Tae is only willing to pay peanuts though.

Ceki...I am deciding to play devil's adovocate with you :D On some level, I sympathize with Mi, because she is expected to sleep withclients, or at least schmooze them with her looks and is the only breadwinner of the family. I mean, Shim even expects her to pay for her Italian classes! Why not pay for them herself? Hoe can she play the wronged party, but ask for her sister's money in the same breath?
I have always wondered why people have no problem supporting 2nd male lead and having a 2nd male lead syndrome…
I agree with you, Marooya. I can't comment about this drama, but it's a disturbing trend I notice overall. Women love tearing down other women. If there is a competitor for a man, the other woman is always a "bitch" or she will show "her bitchy side soon." I encounter this in fiction too. It peeves me off.
Ep 01. Did he honestly spit out his ice-cream and feed it to the dog? What kinda crazy weird shit is this? :D
He also likes to ignore the 3 second rule. When that kid let a cookie roll in his courtroom, he probably thought. "Mmm, tasty" but he just left it there, and left it there...and then picked it up and ate it?!?!
I actually don't know if I want to watch this, as the more I thought about it, the more I realised it's far too…
You guys make it sound like it's a pain to endure! XD Embrace the cheesiness. Why must life be serious all the time? Embrace the bad acting. Embrace the meta. Dramas like this highlight the ridiculous amout of good (and terrible) tropes foisted upon us. Laced in irony, it's suited for people who like sarcasm! :)
"the monk hero is less religious than me - if possible"
I don't know...where are you on the religious scale again?:)
From top to bottom, this review made me laugh. Didn't know you had such comedic flair :P
Ha ha. Lol. I also thought he could be cha sik son. I am so in sync with kdrama tropes. Sometimes I feel stupid.…
The future looks bright with the young generation. Although idols can be good actors, I like it when actors come through on their own merit :D I know he's in that movie, One Way Trip, which I saw your review for, and is the sole reason for me watching it :D Also....Angry Mom? Worth a shot?

In my mind, it was totally a week.
