Something that bugs me in this version, is that they don't address the other dad as dad. In the OG Jian Jian and He Ziqui calls Ling Xiao's father as Ling ba and the same for Ling Xiao calling Jian jian's father Li ba. Here Ju Won addresses San Ha's father as ahjussi, not even samchon. It's kinda weird.. She barely calls her brothers oppa also, she mostly calls them by name. For someone so adamant on them being a real family and not addressing them properly is weird. Idk..perhaps I'm being picky but those little things are the ones that makes a difference.
And here I was wondering before it aired how she was going to call her Xiao Ge :(

I'm pretty sure I saw in one of the teasers Hae Jun asking Ju Won to get married. Not sure if it's like a joke or not but makes me believe they will follow the OG plot. It's not exactly a triangle, more like his friend getting ideas on his head and also him wanting to be legally family with Ju Won and her.
I already watch it the Chinese version... Can anyone tell me if this is surpass the original one or not i mean…
for me at least. Chinese version 10/10, this one 6.8-7/10 so far. Not that I hate this version but I like the original way more. At least the first part of the drama (the best part in the OG) felt so much less emotional.

Agree with what you are saying. Sometimes when I watch FBC I feel like I'm watching a comic or lighter version of Go ahead. Maybe is because they made the FL more bubbly or perhaps since they added all the school drama (totally unnecessary imo). Also it lacks the depth on the more serious scenes, maybe it'll change on the next episodes? Idk. Even the mom...something feels off about her. In Go ahead she never told Ling Xiao she had forgiven him, she just acted as if nothing happened and they barely mention the subject of his mei mei, she was mostly delusional and in this one she feels like vengeful?
There are nuances in the OG that they aren't able to replicate in this one. I'm glad people are liking it but I hope they also show love to the OG because the story telling there is in another level.
