Well, in Martial Universe, the MC played by Yang Yang had 2 in his harem. Here the MC knows only two fighting techniques, lame, not at all like the book, also Xiao Yan and Lin Dong, he had great interaction with them, they didn't bother showing it. Still the acting, direction and script was too poor, making it really boring.

Very boring! The novel dramas of Martial Universe and Battle through the Heavens were much better.

Yeah, she is really like a 1D in the beginning, I think she is kinda of an evolving character, a bit more dimensions are added to her. But there is no doubt to call her in the beginning , just a fighting freak!! Not now though.

Well, I would recommend not expecting that much romance, there won't be much , as this is after all a wuxia drama mainly. Sometimes, the episodes become slow, because there are 51 episodes and they have/had to meet that, so sometimes they add unneeded stuff which bores us.

But he did use the Soul Searching Needle in Ep 25 just like how North Blade Ji used it, to give him great power for 45 minutes. That scene was amazing, Shen Tianshu was a piece of meat in front of him.

This is not a romance drama after all, wrong drama for you if you are only looking for romance. It is a pure wuxia drama, and I think it showcases that element very well.

Frankly, I liked Yibo's acting, portraying that carefree attitude, yet serious, but still deep feelings and struggle hidden inside, he does the role well, according to me.

Yeah, it really gets interesting around Ep 10, after Duan Jiuniang comes. I am loving it a lot , seen 26 episodes still.
