Reset is one of my favourite shows ever. I do not think it can touch reset on the connection you have with the characters. The pacing in reset may have felt slow, so this show beats Reset in that regard. I personally didn't like the conclusion of reset that much, so this one was nicer, but it does have far more questions unanswered. I liked the mystery in Reset, but the mystery in Mobius isn't lacking, it is just all over the place at times. If you liked Reset, you will like Mobius. It's one of the shows you can't stop watching.
It was a great watch, I finished it and I don't tend to finish many shows I watch. I will say I was so confused in some parts, have some unanswered questions from the end, but everything wrapped up nicely (maybe too nicely hah but hey who doesn't like a perfect ending).
It had a lot of layers, so it was exciting learning about them, like things are just happening and you don't know why, but when you slowly start figuring why, you're like ooooooohhhhhhhhh okay. So thats what that was! Those were enjoyable moments. So all in all this is a good mystery show.
do we have an episode guide. aint no way am I starting this today despite waiting pretty much a year for it. but I can start half way lol, just gotta know when that is...
Episode 3... no decision made sense. If Saebom figured out the wife had the disease, why bother opening the washroom door? Like what was the plan? The husband, why would you throw saebom in there and call the police? Like I cannot wrap my head around the motive? If he wanted her to stop opening the door, pull her back. If he wanted his wife to kill her, why call the police?! Makes no sense.
THEN this crazy girl communicates with the wife to open the door and let her go after the husband... WHY!?!? CAUSE HE LOCKED THIS ZOMBIE IN A ROOM AS SHE SHOULD BE, HE DESERVES TO BE MAULED BY HER?!?!? WHAT IS THIS LOGIC!??! WHY LET HER OUT?! "Girl, I know he cheating on you but I'll let you handle this, go get him!" And the guy runs, as he should, sadly outside the apartment and puts others in danger, but what else is he supposed to do. When they arrest the wife, why ihyeon gotta punch him. He doesn't know yet that the husband tried to feed saebom to his wife. It's not like he made her into that?!?! "and THATS for all the noise you been making"
I'm confused with the mentality. They upset about locking these people in a truck and treating them poorly, shooting them with no hesitation. I understand, they are still humans and shouldn't be treated like zombies, but ARENT THEY? The numbers are increasing and they likely don't have the room to store all these people. Trucks is quite inhumane, but they clearly ain't got room in that building. The zombie's case is also getting worse, what do you want them to do? Put their own lives at risk to treat them to some tea and biscuits?
That military girl said, five guys got compromised or something after her friend got stuck in the truck. Saebom here saying "im disappointed in you..." GIRL PLEASE! You brought this man to their base and made them close the truck, then open the truck, making them risk their lives for your friend who is long gone. Congrats, just cause you seem immune doesn't mean everyone else is.
AND i FORGET. She wants this chief guy to tell people about the quarantine. I totally get that but does she understand people will act like her friend. Refuse to speak on their symptoms and of others because they don't want to go into quarantine. Like covid taught this girl nothing.
The plot is interesting, and I don't hate the characters except for whatever went on in these two scenes so I will continue. I hope we don't see such horrible decisions without any reason from now on but I doubt that'll be the case.
i'm at episode 6 at the moment, i am just gonna say this. This show is embarassing, they are ridiculing sport…
I know... like and the method they had for it. Like you're putting him up against the best in each department? Does that make sense? And he has to beat them in order to pass? Now, how does nobody even think that is flawed. Cause if their ace happens to lose, that says a lot about their athletes, coaches, the whole damn school.
I actually dont like jia yang and i feel like if he ever debuts he's gonna exposed about something and i dont…
I think other members were far more expressive than him during the audition.... I don't know why they kept panning back to him. He has a cute look but it was the heavy make up. Reminds me of takuto
Is Gang Hyeok a mary sue? I personally hate Mary sues, but the reviews seem so good and I want to try a medical drama. There are exceptions when other people around them are also smart. But I remember watching episode 1 and why did all the nurses and doctors seem so incompetent. Like he came in and they refused to listen to him (rightfully so, who is this guy without any identification). But he was saying the right things, why did they not know? Will this continue throughout?
I've just finished episode 8, I'm two episodes behind but I just can't fucking get into it. I'm not saying I don't…
LOL It's not a job to keep up with. You can put it down, and pick it up later! Maybe come back to other dramas once they've finished. Maybe you're the kind of person that once they stop a drama, they find it hard to pick back up, but if you like it enough, I'm sure you would come back.
I wasn't interested in this drama because, don't hate me for this, but those ugly ass veneers on the ML.... BUT ALSO what I heard about the FL, being obsessed with looks? Now i see edits, and it's looking great! Some phenomenal acting from the ML with all the ghost possession stuff. Is the badass ghost the male lead or cute guy, spoil me. I would like to start this drama, can someone say if the beginning is bearable? Maybe I was under a misconception. Is it really good?
Edit: reading comments, it seems like Bongsu is the ghost, and it would be weird for FL to be paired with him? Shame, he had aura in the clips I saw.
Yes, if it's considered a spin-off, it's honestly not bad. The CGI is impressive, and the actors are well-known…
no, thank you, you explained it well! The hate makes sense, I was just curious as someone who hasnt seen the original work, cause this is a record breaking lowwww for a big korean movie lol
can someone tell me why this is bad without any comparisons to the novel/manhwa? Why is it a bad movie.. everyone is upset about it not respecting the original work, which is fair , but I try to see two works separately.
I see people are really liking it and I am too. I love the chemistry between the leads in this one compared to the Korean one. It might be early to say it as I'm only 3 episodes in, but they instantly feel more natural than the last one. It might also be because they are giving them soooo many scenes together.
I do have one disappoint is the reunion scene. I'm trying not to compare it to the Korean one as I know they are trying to switch up a few things, but it felt so empty. Like I wanted to really see her lies crumble apart one by one (the earrings, the job, the letter, the reveal!!), but they just hit you with one, "she bullied me for liking her crush" and then boom I will not be your friend? Came outta left field, STRONG! I wish we had the bathroom scene, otherwise why did they show it in the flashback? I wish we had the earring thing or something similar. Stuff to knock her character too, not just the lies. I want to hate her.
I want to hate him! Where was the scene where he was being aggressive at the cafe. Was that replaced with the one of him saying he will stay over after they go shopping? I see comments saying the revenge is good, but do I want to see how bad they are before the revenge happens (aside from them literally killing her... but like what other horrible stuff would they do while she's alive).
A lot of it feels rushed, but they are putting this in 10 episodes instead of 16. I am still enjoying it cause it all still makes sense. That would be my only complaint.
The director should be a politician, in fact he's too good to be a politician, he's a diplomat. He avoided commenting…
LOL I was waiting for him to talk about her acting but he didn't... bro fr needs to get into politics. Not saying she's a bad actor at all, I actually liked her in snow drop, but that's funny.
You call her hate valid, then turn around and say she’s acting like an NPC? Be so serious. The man’s tried…
Don't worry, it's wholesome <3 Men are swooned after massacring a small village but women get hate for being women. We see that everywhere, so I understand why you would think I am just one of those people (hence my numerous attempts as saying I like her LOL).
I just feel the frustration the ML felt when she kept talking about how bad he is, speaking on matters she knows nothing of. That one scene where she spoke with him while Chu Gui Hong was hiding stuck with me, but it felt like this show forgot it happened. However, speaking on what she does know, COMPLETELY valid. People refuse to put there selves in her shoes despite her trauma being shown, and are more than willing to be put on his size 14s even though we don't know the full story.

It's all good here! I'm glad you replied :D
