On ep 4 and about to drop this series. I can't stand the incredibly misogynistic portrayal of the FL as a rude,…
I agree that's she's been really rude and dismissive. I've stuck with it cause I figured the character was having a crisis, and her mother really is awful. One thing which bugs me is how plastic the FL face seems. I understand actors have work done but I think whatever she has done has limited her facial expressions and movement, making conveying emotions more difficult. I will stick with it for the ML, who is awesome.

extreme exaggeration of an industry that has no qualms whatsoever in real life, exist on a very small level, but…
'Flavour it's yours' or 'Instead of tipsy why not get drunk' did the same thing with sommeliers (of which the ML was one - a celebrity sommelier - one foot wrong and he got canned by everyone in the media, netizens and wider society - ah the shade waiting to be thrown if you slip up) - it was so ridiculous - lol

Some great ones on this list. Have you seen Blueming (IQYI)? It is a simple plot but I loved it (and To My Star and Where my eyes linger by the same director).

I reckon it's one of the director's parents (same last name)

BL targets females. It is clear a lot of viewers don't know gays! Please go meet some gays! There are no SJ in…
I love blueming too - funny that they are made by the same director - surely different writers though. I have watched blueming so many times - much better.
At this point - if the writers plan for them to get back together - I think that they'll give Ji Woo an opportunity to go to a Seo Joon in distress. My current theory is that they could tackle the past trauma of Seo Joon's before the end of the show by having it recur in a big way (perhaps causing him harm - they've already put him through so much anyway) and then Ji Woo gets a chance to redeem himself by actually going to SJ and being there. I really don't know - the show does the hard yards on some emotional stuff so perhaps that would be lazy writing. They really need to switch to SJ's side of things now though - and have JW doing something other than being unavailable. I just want to see them both happy by the end...together or not.
