That wouldn't resolve everything though. Tae Ra herself believes she killed Hae Soo's father. She doesn't know…
This is a drama based on neuro-science patches. She may be No. 50 (fingerprints prove it as well as physical ability), but I can't help but believe that many of her memories will turn out to be false - perhaps implanted when in the hospital?/)
min young really tried saying its his fault she cheated on him for a year? also hate how his best friend keeps…
Sunwoo (best friend) and ex-gf (Min-Young) were "close" at some point. How close? I don't know, but she gifted him monogrammed leather tags for his golf bag. I don't know what end game is, but at this point, they are both human, flawed, but not evil.
As far as I'm concerned there is only one truly "evil" person and that is DJ's Mom. We better get karma for her or I will be disappointed.
What truth did she find out on episode 2, can someone explain what's happened so far?
She remembered that she had a little brother at the time she was trained, and they tried to escape. She also discovered (remembered? - that part wasn't clear) that when she was in the hospital (after escaping her training center and she had amnesia), she underwent plastic surgery and was given the false identity of Tae Ra (a woman killed in an auto accident). Finally she discovered that the woman she believed to be her sister (Yu Ra) was actually the sister of the original Tae Ra.
I'm not sure how or when the city of Paris belongs in her story.
Iām sorry but this drama is going down as the worst story I have ever encountered so far. I cannot believe I…
don't be sorry if this is how you feel. I admit, I've kinda lost interest as the body count gets larger. I'll probably binge watch (and FF through ugly parts) when it's over. Really enjoyed the first few episodes however, so I think the end might be worth watching.
i mean FL chases ML alright, but not for romantic reasons (at least at first) hahaha. Even then, calling it chasing…
My question is - why is she so protective? I don't think they have done a good job of explaining why - when she had decided to hurt him (revenge), she instinctively wanted to protect him. That wasn't any sort of "love" or "caring" - and she isn't much of a caring person to begin with. Their mothers knew each other -I think there is more to their past connection, tenuous as it may have been.
I agree. Even when he knows certain things (like the manager who was spying), he keeps quiet. FL's father was step-dad #3 - his ears would pick up if he heard her name. And, she told him very early on that her family had been kicked out of the house they had lived in for 20 years w/only 2 days notice. He's not stupid.
This is not a show that broadcasts "HERE is a VERY big HINT". The hints are subtle (such as photographs) and primarily in the flashbacks.
Haha, I like the strong silent type and get frustrated with the out-of-control female, but. . . .in the end I…
I don't have time to watch dramas that might have a sad ending. I never started Twenty Twenty-one because I got a bad vibe from the description. And apparently, I was right. -But I think this one will be happy for all sorts of people, not to mention karma for ML's Mom. š If it disappoints? One ā.
I am on ep7 and I really love to see reckless Woo Joo developping feelings for the ML.. Glad to see him not so…
Haha, I like the strong silent type and get frustrated with the out-of-control female, but. . . .in the end I expect there will be happy ending. If not, this drama will get a 1ā from me.
idk why y'all still think there might be a love triangle it's very obvious that YJ doesn't have romantic feelings…
I tend to agree. Young Joon knows that WJ began this process for revenge. He now sees that she has strong feelings (empathy? sympathy? love?) for DJ - and he is worried that she will get hurt since "Mom" is ultimate enemy and YJ doesn't know that DJ dislikes his mother.
Also - I think all of them were loosely connected as kids. The last names. The photos. The intro w/brief glimpses of children running and balloons. If Yoon Joon is somehow related to "Uncle Daehong" (YOON Dae Hong) who is somehow connected to Dong-Jin, then it's not impossible that the two guys knew each other as children. I haven't watched Ep. 8 yet, but in Ep. 7 - there was "The Look" between Yoon Joon and Dong-Jin that was "direct" but unclear as to what each one was thinking.
The "man at the campsite" is Yoon Dae Hong. ML calls him "uncle"- perhaps he is a brother of Hee Ja (or brother…
Episode 7, Mark 50. I may be wrong, but there were two photos at the campground. One: identical to the one that Gi-ju found at DJ's home. The other was . . .well, I'm not certain but it sure looks like Yoon Joon to me. Same surname - coincidence? Hmmmmm, maybe. and now Yoon Joon's mom has shown up and mentioned "dad". So many brief clues - I wish I had the time to re-watch, take notes (now that we are 1/2 way through the drama) and connect the dots. Peeling back the layers is fun to me.

Earlier today, I submitted the actor's name/role to MDL. Not sure why he was missing - I found the information on Asian Wiki a few days ago. MDL has now added him. š
I think the minute that WJ applied for the job - and he heard her last name - he knew exactly who she was.
I'm not basing my thought on their first interaction. I think they have a childhood connection that goes way back - after all, his mother was "best" (or at least"good") friends with her mother. He would know the surname of step-dad #3. His "uncle" Jaehong has a connection to Yoon Joon (as well as the Kangs - Min-young and Go-on). I think it's one reason he brought Gi-ju home - he's feeling guilty about the family. Some of this is fact - and some of it is speculation. šš
I may be wrong, but I think WooJoo and Dong-jin played together as children. Their mothers were "best" (or "good"??) friends - teen WooJoo knew who Hee-ja was when she saw her w/her father. My impression is that they lived in the same neighborhood. There is no indication that WooJooo did any in-depth investigation into Dong-jin to discover his relationship with Hee-ja - she already knew and she was only upset because she thought Hee-ja sold their home and gave the money to him.
And. . .look at the intro. children running and balloons. It reminds me of the intro to "Kiss Sixth Sense" - very brief, dream-like glimpses of children playing together. And [spoiler] sure enough - the adults knew each other as children.
I'm also betting that Dong-jin knows who WooJoo is - he shows little curiosity about her background - that really doesn't make sense to pretend to not care about why someone is stalking him.
And is family best friend (YOON Joon) somehow related to Uncle Dae-hong (YOON Dae-hong)?? And what is uncle's connection to Kang Min-Young (who has apartment across from the one owned by Dae-hong) and Kang Goon (who wants Dong-Jin to visit the "old man" at the campgrounds)???
I'm more interested in the back stories gradually being revealed than the romance at this point, although I'm enjoying the romance - but it's pretty predictable. Enjoyably predictable.

We know that he knows Kang Min-young and Kang co-on.
Also I think one of the photographs in the campground was Dae Hong and YOON Joon (best friend of the Sim/Shim family). Related?
