I get that we do enjoy some toxic relationships in dramas sometimes but IMO justifying them is no way right. I have read the book too and I'm sorry but Vegas should have been drawn and quartered for the torture and ab*se he put Pete through and NOT forgiven ever! Him having a sad backstory/reason doesn't lessen his crime any. If he was going to be forgiven because he was "not in love" while he did those things to Pete, every r*pist in the world would have a new defense in their case.
That's my opinion based on the book but as we don't know yet how the creators are going to flesh that storyline in the show, I will withhold my judgement. But if it goes in tandem with the book I'm going to be solely disappointed...
Nowadays every show I try watching is giving me BBS nostalgia somehow. In the first episode of “Star on My Mind” the navy curtains in their dorm room totally gave me Pat’s dorm room vibes yesterday and today on SCOY 9th episode there was a scene on the famous engagement procession staircase…Made me miss BBS so much that I had to go watch an mv ASAP!
First episode was decent. At least it has kept me interwsted enough to wait for the next one. Just your simple university BL though...nothing pathbreaking:)

I kinda feel like it capitalized on the new kdrama fanbase Netflix has. Only ppl who are pretty new to the whole k-drama/Asian drama could have loved this unconditionally IMHO. Because if are a veteran of more than a decade of watching kdramas you'd realize how bland and badly executed even the cliches in this drama were...
I watched Semantic error and blueming and they were pretty good. Not Bad buddy but still okay:) I also watched ABP with high expectations as it was one of my favourite webtoons but it got fizzed out by the end:(Right now I'm watching CBAW(one more of my fav webtoons), SCOY(it's so stupid that it's almost cute) and ust began watching Star on my mind yesterday(JoongDunk are cute)....😊
Did no one else think that the bed scene in ep 11 was hella awkward?? I couldn't believe my eyes...They actually seemed to have good chemistry in the beginning. Comparatively, the bed scene of 2nd leads was better portrayed...

Istg!! This was a good drama to begin with but around episode 7-8 it started losing steam. Episode 11-12 were the nail in the coffin with horribly executed ending... This rating is totally a false advert. It is going to raise the expectations of a viewer about to watch this and then let them down badly!
