And I agree that ML had character development, but I still hate that the writers made him so violent but it’s okay because he’s handsome 🙃 the amount of times poor FL got choked by him made me so angry for her.

I finished it last night lol. I’m glad he changed but I guess better late than never. I wished they showed what happened to the villainess though. For all the bad things she’s done, she should have been put in jail with the second Prince, or even worse.

I read below that ML gets better in the second half, but what episode because his attitude is making me so angry 😡 he’s dumber than a box of rocks with anger management issues. How they will redeem him is beyond me. At least with villains, you know they’re bad. But ML is supposed to be good and love the FL? Impossible.

So many power struggles coming into play now. I thought all the episodes so far were riveting but the previews for 12 and 13 are gonna show us who is really in power now? Will Liqun confess? Will Shaobei and Lu finally come to an understanding and work together instead of against each other? 2 episodes a day are not enough.

Haha true but what he lacks in discipline he makes up for in knowledge and street smarts. Sometimes it’s good to have someone like him to help the team let loose and not always be mindless robots all the time.

Thanks! The girl didn’t look a day over 12 but they said she was 22 so that’s why I kind of got confused. And since CZY isn’t 30 yet, it made it more mind boggling that he he still looks so young today compared to 7 years ago.

Finally caught up. Looks like one of the main baddies was caught in the upcoming episodes, thank goodness. I wish Lu and Huzi trust Shaobei more. He’s contributed so much, but they don’t give him an official job title except auxiliary and half pay. He should have gone to Captain Zhang’s team. Also, how old is Shaobei supposed to be? He saw a little girl grow up but he still looks the same age? Anyways, I love this drama so far. Very smart and fast paced. Hope it keeps the same pace and momentum. I’d hate for it to go downhill as the show goes on.

I never heard about it being on the shelf and being rewritten. It did feel disjointed towards the end. I hope whoever wrote that drama didn’t write this one.

Only on episode 2 but it looks promising so far. Just hope it doesn’t go off the rail in later episodes (I’m looking at you Fighting For Love)

It had its cute moments but overall it was a bit cringe and unrealistic. These guys are supposed to be working undercover but get their covers blown so many times. Nice way to be inconspicuous at some of their stakeouts 🫠 And they had too many cases and stories going on in such a short time. Should have stuck to one or two cases. Did I mention the cringe? Yikes. Other Japanese BL have one cute naive guy and an outgoing almost bully type guy. But I didn’t feel this while watching it. At least it was a short story so I pushed through even when I felt like dropping it at times.

Finished it but what an utter rubbish ending if they don’t have a second season.

Even with the low ratings, I’m still giving this a try. I liked the ML in Time And Him Are Just Right, so that’s one reason I’m starting this. Wish me luck.
