I totally agree. I was getting sick of "strong" female leads, which strong meant that first half of drama she was just arguing with male lead about everything and second half of drama she was just standing there and waiting for male lead to get over his childhood trauma/problems, without any other purpose for her.

I think Mago did it intentionally. She wanted to confuse IU and test her if she will kill CS or if she will stop her revenge because of her love for him. Basically that was the only way she could stop IU to purchase her revenge and perish in the end. She gave her CS to love, so she will choose love and life over hate, revenge and her own self-destruction.

As someone who just got thru divorce after less than 3 years of marriage, I can not imagine how it feels like for them or for previous song-song couple, when whole world is discussing their private matters. I feel miserable enough on my own, I don't want whole world to judge me.

Am I only one who loves that roles are reversed for female and male lead in this drama? I really love how he is depending on her that she will always protect him, and that she is the one always saving him. Basically I love that for once woman is the strong one and man is believing in her abilities.

It was different flower. She is giving to dead white flowers, but she put in Chan Sung's heart purple flowers from MW's tree. That means even when all flowers from tree fell down, MW flowers in CS heart are still blooming and living, he just does not know it.

It's because it is remake of Japanese drama, rich man, poor woman. But I agree with you, I would love to see drama where roles/genders are reversed :)

Based on trailer it looks like czech movie Man in hopes (Muzi v nadeji). Well, I will need to see a movie first to know for sure.

This reminds me drama Mad Dog, where one character was supposed to live in Germany for long time and he sometimes spoke 'German' in drama. I am not native German person but I learned it for several years and I could not understand a word he said. It was total gibberish :D

I think she didnt mean 'contract marriages' for main leads but when leads are forced to get married to second lead for some reason.

It is not really decided who she ends up with, it's more open ending. But still definitely worth the watch, I did not really mind it, I loved the drama and involvement of both male leads.

Also not to forget, I loved that when she travelled to different periods it was somehow historically accurate. I read history of each period after drama and found it amusing how historical figures were portraited in drama and also I liked that they inserted historical details in drama (for example first emperor's immortality elixir, etc.).

Thanks for writing this article, I decided to watch this drama based on it and I do not regret! I loved it soooo much!

yes yes YES!!! They were my ultimate favourite couple! I read book because I did not feel satisfactory ending and this is total dreams come true! I even rewatched whole eternal love to rewatch this couples moments! :)

I really like to show, mostly OST and chemistry between Minjoon x hari. Also I like villain with weird necktie , he is interesting :D
