I think he kissed her bcz he heard what tae ho and hye won talked about. He just seized the moment. He knows what she wants and he saw that as an opportunity to get the girl. Just what I think.
But if you ask me it's a red flag.

Madam ju was the one who made the deal to save her parents but they were already dead so gu won couldn't save them. So the deal is not valid. She won't go to hell. And when she first saw his photo at the blind date she said " little demon" or something.

Madam Ju unintentionally caused Do-Hee’s parents accident and she was desperately crying for help, to save her parents which Gu-Won heard, came to make the deal. Madam Ju signed it. “Save her parents in exchange she’ll go to hell in 10 years.” Gu-Won checks on her parents that’s why he was looking through the car window but then he saw they are already dead. He can’t bring back the death so he took out the signed deal and burned it himself as he threw it away. Usually the contracts burn itself after he kills the person who made the deal with him and they usually die from heart attack not accidents. I’m leaning more towards this theory cause if you look at Gu-Won’s face when he burned the contract it was annoyance, he wasted time and energy on a null deal. And how would’ve Madam Ju know he is the devil himself if she only saw him at the scene of the accident. The only way she could tell the priest that she met the devil is that she made a deal with him. Gu-Won only introduces himself as the devil to the people he is about to sign a deal with. I think the last scene of episode 12 serves the same purpose as the last scene of episode 11. First writers wanted us to believe Gu-Won killed Do-Hee in her past life and now they are trying to make us believe he killed her parents when what really happened is that he failed to save Do-Hee in her past life and failed to save her parents in this life. It’s the same trick as when they put frames of Seok-Hoon joining sides with the villains in preview when it was undercover plan in reality.

He has to give something in return in a deal. But if he couldn't bring the dead back to life the deal is not valid. So she doesn't have to go to hell.

I don't think he loses his memory every time he takes a new identity. He just change his name. I also thought that maybe he made a deal with do hee's parents to save her but his contracts are up in 10 years. Her parents died on her 11th b'day. So is it possible he made a deal while do hee wasn't born yet?

Yeah they have a lot pf similarities. Now that it said only one of them can survive it's even more similar. But this does have it's own charm ig. I feel like there are many things to unfold in the future episodes.

I understand she's quite obsessed over gu won and that's super unhealthy. But on the other hand everything she does comes from a place of love. She cares about him and to him she's just another person. It's sad. I hope she won't do anything evil.

Actually I do think it's a possibility.

Ig he'll be a human at the end. I get that "hand holding" scenes are more like doom at your service but the whole plot kinda feel like tale of kokdu. I'm sure gu won do hee and probably also jin ga yeong were somehow connected in the past and now they are getting tested by fate or something like that.
And I really hope gu won doesn't have anything to do with her parents' death as in contract or something. Anyone have any ideas?
