This is so realistic. There are no happy endings in life for anyone. We are all just going and try to fill our days with happy moments. The frequency maybe different for everyone. But in the end we are all the same. And this didn't change the characters nature. It just polished what's good in them and what makes them themselves. And loving people just the way they are. This is a real representation.

Yes. I also saw this area lacking in doctor slump. Ofc she was getting help from many ppl around her. But when she was shown taking the test in the clinic again only flashbacks shown are romantic ones. No family or friends. I thought it was lacking there.
