i get wt u say. but i think they r trying to in cooperate the real world and the people left behind after a hideous crime like that into the story. about the victim's mother, it's real. if u see ur offender dead and not paying for his crime (they don't know he's in hell. only we and demons know that), it's frustrating and feel unjust.
so it explains the frustration of victim's family and justicia cuz she knows they r paying for their crimes and she finds it frustrating that the family is not happy. cuz she doesn't understand emotions yet.

i don't think she'll stop. maybe she'll put more emotions to the k*lling. like the last case. she didn't hv to go that far but her emotions made it even worse for the criminal.
i think, if anything it will be far worse. because in last ep we saw the victim's family is not happy. so, maybe she'll find a way to inform the victim's families like 'the criminal will suffer for wt they did'. at least i hope so...

More than that, why he spared da on? If it was really satan, a child or any human wouldn't be able to run out satan. My guess is "kyulum" is it? It has something to do with it or satan has to kill inorder to survive/acquire the kyulum or something. Bcz that demon president of the cook class said there's another condition.
