Ohmigosh, I did not catch until just now that the candies in the tin that Thap gave In for when he faints are…
And In's cards has JimmySea's symbol on it 😁

The plot is quite interesting to be honest and the actors are good but the vertical format plus the 2-minute episodes are a down for me. I still gave it an 8 because I really enjoyed the series and I didn't expect to see a kiss so there are some good things.

Person Intanont
Can someone add Vice Versa to his filmography? I was watching Reset and I knew I've seen him somewhere before. When, all of a sudden, I remembered that he also played the role of a manager in Vice Versa. I had to come here to check if I was really right but nothing... So I checked Vice Versa again and he really plays Jimmy's manager.

I felt that this series was made only to please KristSingto's fans. They were a lot of references to Sotus and the actors themselves and, even though it was nice, I felt they were relying too much on them to keep the fans interested as the story didn't have enough to keep up. It became even more and more ridiculous, especially episode 9. I hope they can have a better series next time and stop relying on their first success (even though they were not responsible for that).
It's a 5 for me.

if in other countries, if you try to speak their languages, they will appreciate it, while not for the french,…
Really? Well... We're all different and there are, of course, many bad people in my country. But I assure you that some French like me really appreciate when you try speaking our language.

Lol. There are still ppl nitpicking the French in the show? Seriously, do you ppl nitpick when you watch shows…
Sorry, I don't read all the comments so I didn't know about that. And I'm sorry that my stupid compatriots can't be happy about the fact that, for once, French is used and not English.

I'm sure your Thai is better.
You missed the beginning of the sentence which is really important "how to pronounce". Learning how to pronounce a language is not as difficult as learning it. Any language's prononciation can be learnt in a week if done thoroughly. Except a few languages like click tongues.

Again, we're absolutely not expecting him to speak perfect and fluent French. Also, these actors usually speak better English because they learnt it at school (I suppose). But if you wouldn't be able to understand them when they speak English, you would probably say the same thing as us. To finish, I don't have a French accent when I speak English but if someone says that it's hard to understand me because of my accent, I will not take it the wrong way and I will try hard to work on my pronunciation. That's what I do when I encounter a new English word and I don't know how to pronounce it. I listen to the word and repeat.

Not true. Stop spreading lies.

I'm not french but a french teacher and the french pronounciation is very unique. It's hard to learn for many…
I never said that his French should be "perfect" but that it should be at least "understandable". I don't know what nationality you are and what language(s) you speak, but imagine someone introduces themself as someone who has the same nationality as you and who is supposed to speak the same language as you but you don't understand a word of what they are saying. Would you not criticise as well?
Apart from that, I totally appreciate the efforts that Inn is making in trying to speak French (and for once, they are speaking French and not English). He actually nailed a few sentences! I just blame his teacher for not properly teaching him the French pronunciation.

We don't expect him to speak French like a native! That would be ridiculous! Just be understood, that's all the criticism is about.

I definitely agree that French pronunciation is difficult but it can be learnt if you have a good teacher. I'm pretty sure that I can learn how to pronounce Thai in a week and be understood by people, even though I don't understand what I'm saying. Being perfect is not a goal but being understood is and, as I said in my comment, we barely understand Inn when he speaks French. Does it mean I don't enjoy the show? Absolutely not. And I'm happy and grateful that he is trying. I just think that we can still criticise when criticism is due, especially when the criticisms are not mean at all.

I don't think it has anything to do with 20th century French. When I read David's profile I learnt that he spent most of his time in English-speaking countries. So although his accent is perfect, I understand that he somestimes makes a few grammatical errors as he doesn't seem to have spoken it for a long time. And just as a comparison, I haven't heard any grammatical errors from Namo who is from Switzerland. So I don't think it has anything to do with fitting the era.

Don't worry, I'm enjoying the show so far. Also, I don't expect "perfect", I just expect "understandable". Having an accent doesn't mean that it's bad. But if your accent is too strong that people can't understand you when you speak, well... then it's bad. Anyway, I'm still really happy and grateful that Inn is trying.

Your sarcastic answer shows that you're not French. If you were, you would understand that the critic is totally fair. We can barely understand what Inn is saying and the way he delivers his lines sounds robotic, as if he was reciting his lines and not delivering them. It doesn't mean he is bad. We know best that French is a difficult language. If anything, I blame his French teacher more than I blame him. But unfortunately, he plays the role of a Frenchman, so his French should be at least understandable...
Also, I am more bothered by the French of the actor that plays his father. The actor is supposed to be French and yet, he made a lot of mistakes that French native speakers shouldn't make. I even doubted he was French before cheking his MDL page.

It's a 7 for me. The meeting of the two main characters felt really weird. It felt like they already knew each other and I was expected some backstory but no. They just knew who they were that's it but their interactions were really weird... Also, I didn't quite like Ji Won's character. He hurts and rejects Jeong Woo because of his indecisive behaviour but, when Jeong Woo wants some time off, he doesn't want to let go. I really didn't understand the whole drama to be honest.
The good thing is that the moments they spend together as a couple are quite cute to watch.

This series wasn't bad at all but I think it was too long (8 episodes should've been enough). The beginning was really nice, I loved the back and forth between the present and the past time. But when the flirting period was over, it started getting a bit boring, in my opinion. They added a lot of unecessary back story to the characters (with the mother for Sant and with the older brother for Jay). To me, they should've stuck to the romance. They also should've given Jimmy a more important part because his character felt a bit bland... Also, will we see Poon and View get real one day? Because I'm waiting for them to get together since The Trainee...
Anyway, I still liked the series but I'm happy it's finished and I really hope Mark and Ohm will get a fantastic series with a better script in the near future. They deserve it.
I'll add that Sea's cameo was not a surprise but I still squealed like a seal when I saw him. And the grandma being a JimmySea fan 🤣

He looks like Thai BL actor Gun.
He looks more like Earth Pirapat. Even on his profil picture, I totally see Earth.

The series was pretty good as a whole but the miscommunication and Min Jun's behaviour right after they've talked things out (or so we thought) were so irrating.

doesn’t Min Joon’s actor kinda look like the Korean version of Gun Atthaphan? 🫢
That's funny because I thought he looked like Earth Pirapat.
