Tianna and xuchi has minor issues but they are still friends. Tianna didnt tell xuchi and moved to her project clearly knowing a direct competition will happen. xuchi didnt wanted a direct competition with tianna in the first place, but it started anyway with tianna moving to her team. xuchi also didnt got a chance to compete fairly to present cuz her project got stolen by ma ke and got humiliated in front of director pi. so everyone was keeping everything aside including friendship for their personal benefit. if xuchi also didnt stand up for herself and compete like them, she will be pushed back in the corporate world. she kept her new project a secret, directly going to director pi for clearing her image, leaving no room for team members to steal/sabotage the project. she also fairly presented her project without stealing or bribing or anything actually wrong.

Regardless of her father telling to reject or not, xuchi's project would have been chosen over Tianna. Tianna's project was good but didnt address the root issue. Regardless of how good the proposal was, celestial kept rejecting maximise's proposals. Cuz miss yu / some sectors in celestial were not liking the proposals cuz it doesnt take their benefit into account. xuchi worked with them, recognised the root issue and then made the project benefiting all of them. you can see in tianna's proposal, some including miss yu wasnt happy, but all of them were satisfied with xuchi's proposal.

I guess youku is really focussing on short number of episodes.

review and drama ratings are different

to anyone who read the novel, is the whole story about divorcing him? tille the end, collecting evidences to divorce him or take him down.

the drama started off so good. but the ending was so underwhelming 😩

just a random thought. I used to think xuchi and Tianna were both on similar level of talent and hardworking based on initial episodes. now on the last few episodes, xuchi is still not promoted to a project manager after doing everything. meanwhile Tianna become project manager from senior analyst within a month or so during that suspension/investigation period.thats crazy

irreplaceable can have its own flaws like many other dramas. People can like or dislike it. But comparing it with tes doesn't make sense. both are workplace drama but so different in others aspects. Not everyworkplace drama has to be like TES

It looks like xuchi is not that curious or didn't bother about the past of the person she is dating. she knows he is divorced even before dating, but after that there was no convo surrounding that. It might not be anything extra, but still.😂My nosy ass can never

I feel like it wasn't necessary for shen jin and Tianna scenes. shen jin knows ms lin and xu Chi from bolo project and that was enough. now they are also trying to make all these characters interact with each other but it lowky felt awkward/just fillers.

It looks like she unintentionally put the apt as her goal to have some drive or motivation to live. Even if she had got the chance to buy the apt, she would have still felt like there is no point after that. The goal to buy that was her only motivation or driving force.

I really loved jinmai acting in this drama especially the crying scenes. This role suited her well

some accounts might be trying to trigger fanwars. they might hate both the actors or want to sabotage this drama. better to not fall for that. Even if some fanwars are happening on other platforms, let's not bring this level of fanwars here. it is not benefitting both the actors and this drama.

it looks like they have good trust and boundaries when it comes to professional matter till now. I think it will be a problem if there are some complaints or issues happened leading to leaking of info. Then xuchi and Richard might be the first target of investigators😅.

They both are really talented, working on the same project. But xuchi got unluckily dragged into a mess and got suspended. when she came back, things changed, the friend who was on the same position as u got promoted when xuchi was still stuck at the same position. she was also not prepared or didnt have any idea on whats going on their project. So It is very realistic and humane to feel a lil jealous or insecurity. she didnt act on it, but felt a lil bad and talked with ms lin about it.
