I also find it intriguing that Sejin keeps on saying the wrong name "Mi-ji" coz it's actually Mirae. Like idk…
I'm not sure if it was the writer's intention, but it will definitely make it less uncomfortable for the viewers later on if he does develop feelings for her. If the poor man falls for "Mi Ji" and has called her that for as long as he has known her, it might seem very weird when the real Mi Ji appears. If he has called her random names all along, adjusting to her name being Mi Rae will be easy.
I miss the blonde hair i want it back Blonde Boyoung you'll be missed 😭😭
Yes, except when she was blonde, I was completely distracted, imagining a drama where a blonde PBY and Lee Hong Ki play siblings. 😂 Blonde Mi Ji could easily be ANJELL Jeremy's sister. 😁
Is this drama this bad or is it another way underrated new cdrama
It's a fun little comedy drama, which is exactly what I was looking for, so I'm enjoying it. People looking for a cinematic masterpiece or a groundbreaking new script may be disappointed and rating it low.
I think he planted a series of clues for MiJung to go and find him ... but how is this going to help their relationship?I…
I think the clues are for the detective friend and the female senior friend to find. The detective can investigate and the senior can talk to MiJung. It's remote-control investigating for ML. He'd be in even more danger if he tried to do it himself, but they can do it safely.
Unlike many dramas where the couple quickly fall in love, then misunderstandings gradually drive them apart, this pair start with a lot of misunderstandings and preconceptions about each other, which are gradually being corrected and cleared up as the drama progresses. Very refreshing!
Teenagers! 😭 Did u jst insult older people including me who r liking this drama! 😭 I m not a teenager nor…
I'm nearly 50 and absolutely loving this drama. There is no maximum age rating. 😂 Life would be very boring if you were only allowed to watch serious dramas once you passed the teenage years!
I'm having a hard time with the FL casting. She's supposed to be this unattractive lady, but no matter how they…
I think the point is that *she* sees herself as unattractive, and the Su Miao elegant style as attractive. Other people, if asked, would say Su Chengcheng is attractive, but she wouldn't believe them. It does seem that she misunderstands peoples' reactions a lot, so ML probably liked her before really, she just misread reactions constantly.
It's episode 4 out of 10 and the main leads don't have a single scene together. The show is alright and I will…
Anyone who likes her and interacts with her dies so far. It would be a very short drama if the ML tried to get close to her at this point and died too.
If you are reading the comments before watching, and you are unsure because of the "slow/boring" comments, here is my advice:
If you want a purely romance or romcom drama, this is not the one for you.
If you like a suspense/mystery/slice of life drama, you may enjoy it more.
The pacing is not fast, but that's perfect in my opinion, as the information needed to solve the mystery is being built up gradually, and the interconnection between all the characters is being carefully explained.
Be prepared to cry a lot (I don't cry at dramas, but this one has made me cry 3 times in the first 4 episodes).
Some people have complained that the FL gets very little screen time in some episodes. Since she *is* the mystery and the story is about the ML solving why things happen around her, it would be odd if we were given her whole story immediately. We're shown just enough to intrigue us.
I felt the first two episodes - especially the school scenes - were also very effective at showing how easily the small and (to them) insignificant acts of unpleasantness and bullying can turn into a huge problem and cause someone to be completely ostracised by an entire town. It may turn out that there is a supernatural explanation for the events that happened during the school years, but I loved that it was left very ambiguous. After the first episode it was completely possible that everything that happened was a coincidence, but the reactions of those around the FL had caused her to be blamed and bullied into becoming completely withdrawn and depressed. A very timely reminder for netizens of the power of unthinking words.
Idk what everyone was talking about till now but episode 4 confused me so much with its pacing and structure 😂…
Since it's a mystery drama and we're finding things out in pieces, I'm assuming the relevance of the parts that seemed strange in the last episode will be explained by future episodes.
Lost Romance
Doom at Your Service
Link: Eat, Kill, Love
Reset (less romance, but an amazing drama)
