Yes, she's the character who is meant to be an "ordinary" person from the beginning, and the hairstyle is perfectly fine for her character. If they had made her look glamorous from the start, people would be complaining that it was unrealistic.

I'm wondering whether it really is true, or whether "aunt" added it - and invented a plausible reason for it - to protect a young Ji Ah from all the male mediums she would work with. That would be the easiest way for the writers to solve it. Otherwise, yes, it will be a choice of career vs. relationship.

Yes, Viki's translations are always much better than Netflix. Netflix translators don't translate written things, like text messages or letters, which are often essential to the plot. Viki translators also add amazing notes when there are specific cultural references, explaining them to an international audience. I've learned a lot about Korean and Chinese customs and wordplay from Viki translations! ?

Yes, you make perfect sense. The writer has been very clever about taking a sideways twist to the usual drama tropes. The people commenting that it's "clichéd" because they see the incurable illness, the white truck, the cheating ex, etc., aren't looking below the surface.

Not really. She's still processing a traumatic breakup, a diagnosis of a brain tumour and a death sentence, while still going to work and dealing with an odd stranger hanging around her. Sparing brain space to work all of this out is probably difficult!

She's not getting well. You'll notice that after the nurse brightly told her that her condition was improving, God whispered to herself, "lies". The nurses are just trying to placate a dying girl with nice words. She's definitely still terminally ill. She then repeats the words (or similar) to her plant pot (which I'm guessing symbolises earth/humanity), with a sad little smile, as she knows humanity isn't really improving either.

I suspect they may discover that the cameras were on when they thought they weren't, so some of the "off camera" arguing may be in the episode.

She screamed at the beginning that she wanted the world to end, and that attracted Doom's attention and made him offer her the wish, but she hasn't confirmed that as her wish.
