Alternativ ending:
She comes back after finishing school and having earned some money. Takes him to a nice secluded spot and they live together happily ever after! That's a more proper ending and this took me like 1minute to think of. Why make everything a tear-jerker ...

How can they toy with my heart like that, this is not fair! I am never going to watch K movies again (unless it is rated comedy or such).
In a drama they wouldn't DARE giving me this much pain. I am crying so hard, this is no fun
